India's Refineries have been running wide open for so long they need a break for maintenance. All their storage is filled to capacity and the same with all their down stream customers. Wat wel zichtbaar is op die kaart is de moeilijkheid voor de Russische Federatie, maar in principe kunnen zij vrij en vredig varen, zolang zij vredig varen.
