On a ship it is unlikely to accumulate gas as the space is much smaller and not much on a ship can be air tight by nature, as gasses will escape from open passages, rust holes, and old seals. Also in a warehouse all kinds of people might be in contact with the chemical, in a ship holding tanks, it is stored away from access by the public. Its best to solve this issue but I doubt it's a risk like what you saw in Lebanon.

What i find weird about whats said in the documentary is that they were able to decode the meaning of the morse codes even though you would think they had some kind of encryption on top of the morse codes. If they were using encryption for the weather then it would be the key to the decryption of the message. In the address group of the Morse message they send the callsigns for the Russian hydrographic stations. They have been doing this since Soviet times.

What i find weird about whats said in the documentary is that they were able to decode the meaning of the morse codes even though you would think they had some kind of encryption on top of the morse codes. If they really wanted to obfuscate then they would not broadcast systematically at the hour nor in easily decrypted communication. For me it seems after watching the documentary that they do not care if people know, only that they might not want investigative journalist to produce contents. The Russian Navy ships are sending international weather code using Morse. It contains the latitude and longitude of the vessel. They are using Ship Surface Observation code, FM 13-IX Ship. If they were using encryption for the weather then it would be the key to the decryption of the message. In the address group of the Morse message they send the callsigns for the Russian hydrographic stations. They have been doing this since Soviet times.

huh? kind of weird point since they talk about nordstream this much in this very doc; i was leaning towards theory poland may have actually sabotaged it but this documentary made me shift my opinion hopefully towards educated one ^^
