I don't have Pakal yet so is Harald still good as primary or should I just put him behind Charles/Richard/Alex for open field ? Alex would be my best bet for cheesy burgers, but sustained open field fighting ? What to do ?
Alex Harald is stronger, but Charles Harald is a great way to activate charles as a META combo. I like the march speed and counterattack on the charles harald combo, but Richard harald is also fine. Really no bad options here but I’d sort as 1) Alex 2) Charles 3) Richard but keep in mind Alex is valuable in many pairs so if you need him in another pair, go to charles or Richard.

And don't use it, Martel is just a meat shield and the anti swarm of Martel Harald has proven to be lack luster, because AT it is not. I mean, if it is all you have, it works...but sub par and just free kills when you are swarmed in SoC, the trades won't favor you

I think the Harald hype train has been in motion far too long. I expect people to continue expertising Harald and then regretting it down the road. I have expertised Harald and don't have him in my lineup next this kvk...sad but once I put CJ with Alex, Harald fell off

The reason Harald is primary is because he's a terrible lead in any other different scenario, so why not have his best setup for his best scenario. Regardless, I've been using Buckler Shield since day 1 for my infantry builds, it's very underrated as counter damage happens so frequently, as well as have gone a heavy clarity build. Doing this switch from primary Infantry simply allows me to do more damage and receive better trades.
Saw the video yesterday and a question popped up. What about using Harold as primary of Alex with the clarify build?? Usually I have seen or be recommended Harold as secondary of Alex, but the other way around would be worth? I did 1 vs 1 vs Guan Alex and Harold as first was way better, but I am not sure about open field.
@@WOLF-lc9vg all army have counter attack damage... Martel have 30% counter attack bonus.. meaning martel deal 130% counter attack + 100% normal attack
@@WOLF-lc9vg I was testing talent trees when I was low tech. The numbers are quite volatile (secretly the best way to test trees btw). Bucklers shield performed twice as better than the last infantry talent that has 5 points. It was a no-brainer. Try it and see.

I was just referencing the post prior to mine and their suggestion, but normally, no. I wouldn't run around open field with Pakal. He does very well in sunset ..annoyingly so. But I offer up the crazy idea that people start to consider Trajan Mulan for open field. Trajan is a full on support march that just isn't designed to generate kills. Trajan Harald is a march where ALL Harald does is offer some anti swarm and dps. Problem is, it still generates garbage kills and horrible trades. If you are gonna get garbage trades then why slot a secondary commander who doesn't help anyone but himself. Trajan Mulan will get crap trades but help your other marches and/or allies fair much better openfield. Hence my point, if you are willing to run Trajan then expect bad trades and more hospital bills as a result, but know that you make up for that with what it does for your other marches. So tell your whales to slot Trajan with their Mulan and thank me later.

why would u say only walk a step or two but still go a bit for marchspeed in the ultimate build? that doesnt really make sense to me. can anybody explain? if i stick to the very close to my city cheeseburger tactics, marchspeed seems irrelevant to if u can be back in my city in 2 seconds.

Maybe I’m just missing something, but on Harold’s cheeseburger build why do naked rage over latent power? Both give +6% skill damage but naked rage also makes you take more skill damage whereas latent power doesn’t have a downside.
John Wick has a video on it. Latent power actually doesn't give any bonus to 90% of commanders. Latent power is literally a broken skill that doesn't work
YSG is a must have. It is recommended you max him ASAP. You can pair him as a secondary to any other good legendary... Alex, Guan, Saladin, Rameses etcetera. YSG can be used in many situations.... open field, barb killing, garrison .
Dear all, After almost three years of playing this game it is time for me to say goodbye. I've been thinking about this for a long time now, but the time has come to actually do so. I've had a lot of fun playing with many other governors in this game! But the development of the game in the last year really disappointed me, the game turned into a cashing machine and only the voices that are heard are those from whales, investing a lot of money in this game. To me, this was the death blow to the game. When playing games, I want fair play. The winner should be the most skilled or intelligent player, not the one willing to pay the most. I'm going to spend my time doing wonderfull things in real life with my family, friends, sports and work. I want to thank all of you fornthe wonderfull time we had, and a special thanks for our leadership whom devoted a lot of time in us as a kingdom. Going to ask a noob question - what is "instant proc damage"? Is proc an acronym ? Is it short for something ? I feel like I should know but really don't !! Help ! 😁
I would choose more attack and defence stats (you dont need health) instead of rage talents, because the best cheeseburger is either when you use active skill before the enemy and go hide, or when you do huge instant damage for 2 seconds and then hide. f2p burger Alex/Bjorn

I used Guan/Harold in a kvk because there was a bastion skill for Alex. It was amazing! I only had Guan, Alex, Harold expertised then.

When you deliver skill damage at a "random" moment. 10%-20% chance to instantly do skill damage. Separate from an active skill that does skill damage
Doesn't guan do additional damage why not grab latent power in a canyon build or somthing if u don't wanna ditch points to get it

Scipio prime with sun tzu deals tons of damage per skill so you can hit them with skill then hide
