      When the head breaks off that hollowed out bolt get you 2 self drill screws or tapping screws . Use a long one to set whats left of the bolt an a short one with red gasket an tighten

    I have done a few mods on my gy6 50cc, I have swapped the bottom end to an 80cc with stock 50cc ported heads I take and exhaust. Took three rollers out and put a washer under the needle jet. Got me 44mph lmk if there’s any free mods that I could do that I missed. Btw great video👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

      why keep stock 50 head with an 80 bottom end? Just curious. I would think just finishing that top end with 69 valves or stock and a A9 cam would easily add so much power with the supporting mods of course.

    • @JonahNAloha

      Yes the bottom end was a do or part from someone. Just utilizing what I have and see if power could improve through mostly stock parts. I live in Hawaii cost of living is already high. Alohaz Braddah 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

    When you run it does it have a popping sound almost like popcorn from the exhaust? I put a big bore kit along with the a-9 cam I put lighter cvt rollers and upgraded the final drive gear I get 56-60 mph but I don't like the popping sound from the exhaust.

    • @davidhofinger4927
      @davidhofinger4927  Рік тому +1

      No no popping, That sound that you’re hearing is leftover gas in the header igniting causing it to backfire, Indicating that you’re running rich because there’s leftover fuel burning away and popping. Try one smaller jet size and then check your plug to see what it reads and see if it goes away
