I've been doing this for a couple of weeks now (since I saw you in a previous video) and I can almost put my hands on the ground (Palm side down!) without bending my knees. I've never been able to do that before until I started doing the elephant walk. I'm a chubby woman and I can't believe that I'm almost there! Dude... Thank you! My hips have stopped hurting as well btw, doing other stretches you taught. I wish I could hug you right now. Older women just don't realize how important it is to STAY FLEXY! Again, thank you sincerely 🙏
I liked elbow to toe😊. I see girls' legs shake when doing elephant walk stretching at pilates class and I don't know exactly what that could be nerves tension or just weak muscles. I do reformers pilates, and stretching is very much needed.
Hi David, elephant walks dont feature on your full body routine on ganbaru. Shpuld i add them into warmups on lower body days, or does the routine have it covered?
@lenoir444 thanks. I will be sure to go right to the bio in this UA-cam short. Oh wait...... no worries though. I did it the old-fashioned way. I Googled it. There isn't anything that actually says bio. You just have to click on the picture in the UA-cam short which takes you to his channel and then you click on the little word "more" underneath his picture on his channel. then you can go into his links. There is nothing anywhere that says bio. LOL
I work on it almost a year, I did progress alot but it seems like it will never get longer from some point on. Are there people who by default wouldn't be able to lengthen their hamstrings? Maybe tall guys?
I just tried doing elephant walks for the first time and it felt like it was pulling at my right hip. I had to stop because I was worried I was going to sublux (partially dislocate) that hip. I can already touch my palms to the floor, but I’ve also subluxed my right hip a few times before. Am I doing something wrong? Is this just something that doesn’t work for some people?
The NERVES of some people 😂😂😂
The “single ladies” bit cracked me up 😂
It never gets old for me. 😅
These stretches keep my lower back from hurting. I'm 63, and I do that elephant walk every morning!

you've got some nerve, mister... touching your toes with your elbow !? I did not think that was possible.
HA! I can easily touch my toes so I jumped up to see how far away my elbow to toe is....far...it's very far. LOL!

I can dream
What brand of shoes are these?
I'm watching this on UA-cam shorts. I cannot find the bio. Where can I find the ebook

Maybe you'll go "elbow to toe!?" 😅😅😅 ok. Maybe
Lllllol the thumbnail made you look like an 80yo man holding his leg up by his ear. I was impressed!
Eureka. It’s my nerves causing the tingle. Always on my nerves.
I have tight hamstrings, how do I stretch them?
Are these okay for someone after spinal surgey?

Also by pulling I don’t mean stretching, I mean it felt like my femur was gently being tugged away from the socket of my hip joint
Do you wear toe socks with your toe shoes? 😂
I need help With Being consistent Please
Instead of touching your toe you could go elbow to toe...
Wait you can touch your toe guy?😮
Appreciate the non loop for once 🤍✨
So just stretch?
Nerve floss first with the elephant walk. Its more than just a stretch and he has given other examples
What's that irritation on your (otherwise glorious) hairline, David?
