what is the insulation material used on the chilled water line? and what is the white coating applied on it?

Expanded Polystyrene and it is covered with 0.63 mm x 19 mm chicken mesh and finished with 12 mm plastering. Then 26 Gauge aluminium cladding shall be provided over insulation. @abhijit shetty
