Yes on the newer TJ/LJ that have the 2 separate speaker pods, they fit perfectly.

Was is difficult to put the soundbar back on with those tubing pieces being in the way ?

@@dagothvaldrusa5014 the tubes aren't in the way at all, leaves plenty of clearance to reinstall the factory sound bar.
