Regarding MCT: if you have blood type A, using refined coconut oil brings on gall stones by day 30. You may have the coconut milk and cream without problem. If you developed gall stones try the Bragg removal. 2 gallons raw apple cider, mixed with 2 and a half cups raw apple cider vinager (Bragg works). Drink all of it on days 1 through 3. On day 4 have NO FAT, juice or find fat free things. Day 5, eat as much fat as you can, fries and ice cream and penutbutter etc. Pain ends by end of day 3. If severe pain after any fatty meal you can be at emergency surgery stage, where the stones blocked the ducts and the gall bladder started to rot, while it keeps pushing on the stones.

I gave up blood pressure pills and statins forever by eating a grapefruit every morning. The main reason doctors tell you no grapefruit is because it lowers your blood pressure. I couldn't afford medication so I tapered off it by taking it every other day. Now that you know what to do when you're sick and broke.

Great video to make us aware of the concerns of yeast overgrowth and micro biome health. According to online sources, “in healthy amounts, Candida helps you maintain a healthy balance of microorganisms, as well as support your immune system, aid in digestion, and promote vitamin and mineral absorption from food.” We all have it. It’s when it overgrows, that it becomes a problem. Potatoes without cides.….”are a good source of vitamins, minerals and fiber. As a bonus, potatoes are low in calories, contain no fat or cholesterol, and are sodium-free. They're high in vitamin C and potassium and are a good source of vitamin B6. A medium potato, about 5.5 ounces, contains only 145 calories.” Candida overgrowth is also reported to come from herbicides, pesticides and even personal care products.
Thank you for these videos- as a functional nutrition counselor, I agree- the very restrictive candida diets don't work because compliance is so low. Thank you for your great videos!
What worked for me was keto, no carbs, no sugar, no alcohol. Fibre from chiaseed and popcorn (i popped it myself in coconut oil). On top of that I ate curried vegetables with lots of garlic, ginger and fresh chilis. That's what killed it for me after about 8 months of sustaining that diet. I did eat dairy, dairy didn't seem to strengthen candida and even seemed to aid the rest of my gut flora.
Doctors don’t mention it because they are taught very little about nutrition in med school. The medical model is to treat everything with drugs or surgery. They do need to make money off you after all you know!
I treated Canadia with food. I needed more sodium chloride, I used turmeric and I ate foods that did not contain yeast or fake man made sugars and now I am fine.

If female frontal groin gets stinky from imbalance of bacteria a quick fix is organic honey as a scrub, entirely drop soap for that area. It works immediately. Also switching from soap to honey as face wash will usually drop acne 90% in a week. Using it as leg shave gell drops the bumps 80% at least, reduced ingrown hairs.
Organic Honey is the scrub. It ends allergic reactions to soap, and bees made antibiotics in it. A one hour facial of pure organic honey is miraculous. It seems to pull toxins and bacteria as it crystallizes.

I'm quite certain, after watching a few videos about this condition, that i suffered with candida from age 13 to 23ish. I used to have pain in my midsection that would be mild at first, late in the afternoon, and would intensify at a consistent level for about 12 to 16 hours until i was in such tremendous pain that i would've eaten a bullet without hesitation. Doctors in the early 1980's were absolutely clueless. I guess i was the first human with this condition, perhaps. I was being treated for gall stones, but that didn't work. At some point it was called IBS, and then they called it gastritis. I eventually stopped having those life altering stomach pains by changing my diet.
Yes, please, more about the changes. When I made sourkraut and used it daily, stomach did better, lost belly inches, lost a tiny bit of weight most days.
Yeah don't do that. I put garlic in my ear and it burned the fugg ..it can also contain lots of bacteria which you don't want in your ear. Just eat the garlic and olive oil and leave your ears and sinus alone.
@mariacarneiro7495 don't do it it burns like the worst pain you've ever had. Not a good idea. Also can introduce bacteria into your ear. Just eat the garlic ..crush it with salt leave for 5 minutes and eat it with olive oil or on food. You should not out that in your nose or ear. Use an antifungal cream from the chemist and do the diet.

What common thing from drs and every "helpful" video is the focus so much on what not to eat. I GET IT! Talk about what I can eat. Constantly talking about what you can't eat is not helpful. How am I supposed to create a new meal plan to help my overall health if you can't even give me a list of 10 things that I CAN eat. It really makes me think the doctors don't give a s*** if you get better or not. They leave everything so vague and want you to figure everything out yourself. No one's going to spoon-feed them so sauerkraut. Make it make since!
She said lean fats and greens. If you have candida overgrowth, the diet needs to be strict. Once your body is more balanced, you can start to add more foods back into it gradually.
What about goat or sheep dairy products? Are those the same as cow dairy products? They are easier to digest, but do they cause the same issues with candida? Is it just about the milk sugars, regardless?
This is great, but all that good stuff has contraindications (people on blood thinners), those like me with histamine intolerance (no ferments allowed), are 6ounaware studies show oregano oil is more effective in killing candida than fluconazole? I’m on day 6 of the Candida cleanse and had felt great up until yesterday. Now I’m getting that “keto” flu feeling. Leg cramps, foot cramps, restless legs and headaches. I have increased my magnesium Glycinate and my potassium 99 mg from once per day to twice per day. That’s helping but is there anything else I can do? I’ve always been prone to leg cramps, so was my mom, so I know that magnesium Glycinate and potassium help. Just wondering if there’s any foods I can get it from to help and also with the headaches.
Hemp seeds are rich in magnesium with 3 tbsp providing about 300 mg🙂 there's also dark chocolate and spinach among other foods. Spinach and sweet potato are rich in potassium. Also magnesium seems to help with headaches so getting it naturally from foods is best. Peppermint oil and lavender essential oil applied topically and diluted should help with headaches😊
as someone who suffers from similar things i take a quality multi vit and anti infamatory stuff like omega 3 glucosamine with chondrotin and msm a along with a Bcomple because and zinc our body needs so many different nutrients that just the mag and pot does not solve the problem
I was on a similar diet last year. I was doing intermittent fasting also. I felt so good and all the candida symptoms disappeared. But after 3 weeks the candida symptoms suddenly reappeared.. 10 times worse. How comes? I did not change anything in the diet.
I'm not an expert, as I've just found out I have SIBO, but it could be that even more of the stubborn bacteria has opened up in order to dispose? Did you have constipation or the diarrhea?
Within reasonable amt of protein VS carbs. I don't eat sugar except for fruit, and non sweetened dairy only plain Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, eggs in butter or coconut oil.
It's a little irritating, though I know it come from a place of care, when I hear solutions like... grapefruit, which does not have adequate caloric density to be considered a healthy meal in general, but great if added to a salad. It's super doable, but you do have to get accustomed to cooking if you want this to be sustainable. I highly highly recommend the "Oh she glows" cookbook to learn how to adapt your meal strategy. Learning to make your own dressings and sauces is really nice (I just throw mustard, olive oil, and lime juice at the bottom of my salad bowl and mix nothing fancy). Beans are a great food to help you feel satisfied after a meal. Cashews mixed with veggiebroth and cajun spice in a blender added to soup will completely change your soup game. Really be careful about those yogurts, you will find most "healthy" yogurts have so much sugar. Fermintation though good for candida, may not be tolerated by everyone digestion wise it is not always easy to digest, oils have been a level of high debate, but I personally do not use oil outside of some olive oil in my salad dressing. I steer clear of coconut oil, it tastes so good and I get it, but it is high in saturated fat. It might not actually be bad, but because there are just so many debates about it, I stay away from it.
_Puhleez!_ - kombucha with it's sugar? Vs (low mold) cheese with it's dairy?? *can i proceed to enjoy my creamed cottage cheese / feta and nutritional yeast on things? It's what's saving the diet. It is probiotic? Help me understand the 'why' to the no dairy? 🤔

He put me on a candida diet , probiotics ( fresh probiotic kept in a refrigerator ) , multivitamins , and Mucus -D
Plus he gave me a book full of candida diet recipes . This Allergy doctor save my life .
Thanks for sharing and helping others to learn about how to heal. Can you share the names of products that helped you and the foods you incorporated like probiotics, multivitamins please thanks

Warm lemon juice in morning and garlic is my go to
Olive oil, butter, kombucha & natural no flavour Greek yogurt is great too. Also do Intermittent fasting greatly helps to starve candida
Kombucha makes candida worst
Kombucha would be more beneficial after Candida is gone. The sugars in it can be problematic depending on how bad the candida is.
Sugar content is debatable @@intentionallymade
Please don’t not listen to this persons advice. They don’t know what they’re talking about and will make your health worse. Kombucha is fuel for candida. Mallasezia or fungal acne, another yeast overgrowth lives off oil - butter and olive oil will make it worse.

Grapefruit, which I love is a No-no if you’re on blood pressure meds
And blood thinners aswell!!
And Sertraline an antidepressant.
And SSRI antidepressants
I gave up blood pressure pills and statins forever by eating a grapefruit every morning. The main reason doctors tell you no grapefruit is because it lowers your blood pressure. I couldn't afford medication so I tapered off it by taking it every other day. Now that you know what to do when you're sick and broke.
@@Pookie501I honestly HAVE to try this ! I hate all the things mentioned on the to eat list. Esp grapefruit. But im gonna buy some and TRY . My circulation is HORRID and dealing with vascular testing and surgeons now!

Not yogart but greek or Kiefer is better. Add stevia or mink fruit to sweeten. Lemon & water with stevia every day. ACV & water. Dark sugar free chocolate with good nuts for desert. (Lillys) I make a keto chocolate cake 1-2 times a week.(almond & coconut flour).

From the "bad group" I only eat potatoes (sometimes), but I have bloating and a stomachache for 5 months... I didn't have this problem before I tried to eliminate sugar... I think I can have IBS or/and SIBO
Love your vibe! You're healing with your positive energy....

Agree! A very positive, energetic and great looking doc!
Great video to make us aware of the concerns of yeast overgrowth and micro biome health.
According to online sources, “in healthy amounts, Candida helps you maintain a healthy balance of microorganisms, as well as support your immune system, aid in digestion, and promote vitamin and mineral absorption from food.”
We all have it.
A medium potato, about 5.5 ounces, contains only 145 calories.”
Candida overgrowth is also reported to come from herbicides, pesticides and even personal care products.
Wow,that last about pesticides I had never heard of!!
What were your symptoms? And how are you now?
Did you feel like dying from die off?

Doctors don’t mention it because they are taught very little about nutrition in med school. The medical model is to treat everything with drugs or surgery. They do need to make money off you after all you know!

I treated Canadia with food.
I needed more sodium chloride, I used turmeric and I ate foods that did not contain yeast or fake man made sugars and now I am fine.
how much sodium chloride per day and what type ? how much turmeric powder per day ?

If female frontal groin gets stinky from imbalance of bacteria a quick fix is organic honey as a scrub, entirely drop soap for that area. It works immediately. Also switching from soap to honey as face wash will usually drop acne 90% in a week. Using it as leg shave gell drops the bumps 80% at least, reduced ingrown hairs.
Very interesting...what kind of scrub?

You were the first human with this condition? What led you to that conclusion?
@@Finding457 I think that was sarcasm.
So what exactly did u change in your diet ?
Yes, please, more about the changes. When I made sourkraut and used it daily, stomach did better, lost belly inches, lost a tiny bit of weight most days.

Fungal or viral Sinus/ear infections are treated successfully with crushed raw garlic in olive oil, just a drop or two at bedtime works wonders.
Thanks!
I AM GOING TO TRY!
Do you crush garlic and leave it in the olive oil?! For how long? Many days?
Thanks!
How ?

I don’t eat sugar for a week, it sure got better than it was once I cut out sugar, gluten and milk. sometimes I feel so hungry and all I can eat is an apple or two. I've been taking some vitamin C and lactobacillus supplements to heal faster, so I can get back eating lol
Wouldnt grapefruit and grapefruit juice be bad for candida since it has sugar which candida thrives on?
Candida does not thrive on sugar!! Diet does not cause candida and eliminating foods will likely not cure it. It takes a totally different approach
Lean meats * excuse me. Healthy fats, lean meats, greens, certain fruits, nuts, and yogurt.
Irritating isn’t it. I HATE DR GUNDRY. He is THE WORST! constantly advertising telling us we cannot eat anything!

When you fast the body goes into clean up mode.

Just wondering if there’s any foods I can get it from to help and also with the headaches.
try adding in more fat? 1-2 tsp mct oil
Candida is alien and intelligent it pays attention to how you kill it amd adapts to how to survive😂
Add salt. That was my big issue when I cut carbs down and it took me months to figure it out
Hemp seeds are rich in magnesium with 3 tbsp providing about 300 mg🙂 there's also dark chocolate and spinach among other foods. Spinach and sweet potato are rich in potassium. Also magnesium seems to help with headaches so getting it naturally from foods is best. Peppermint oil and lavender essential oil applied topically and diluted should help with headaches😊

Dear Dr., I can not drink Apel cider at all, increasing my heartbeat and stomach burn.
