Is it different from Wacom One, which is being sold now ( CTCW1AB )? Because the price difference is about 4-5 times, which is unbelievable.

the wacom one has a screen so u can see what you’re drawing on the tablet, it’s way more expensive but also “better”. The one by wacom doesn’t have a screen and is just black

the grip of the pen maybe.. and its pen is a battery-free pen.. but not much of a difference in terms of performance in my opinion.. 😊

This is not a Wacom One tablet. This is the One by Wacom tablet. The Wacom One tablet is a much more expensive tablet with a screen. I know, not at all your fault that Wacom would give virtually identical names to two completely different products. This naming confusion is just one of many reasons why I have, in the few short weeks I've owned my One by Wacom (the tablet in this video), become very disillusioned with Wacom.
