Thanks for making this video. It gave me the courage to finally tackle the soft subfloor problem in our laundry room after procrastinating for at least 2 years. I couldn't get a professional to come out as we live in a rural area.
Great video, straight to point without a lot of mindless chatter. A lot of people have the tools but lack knowledge and confidence to make repairs. Your channel is one of the best, new subscriber also!
Still helping people in 2021 bud thanks. I kinda new what needed to be done to my floor. But you made me feel confident after watching this vid. Thanks bud. Couldn't ask for a more straight forward lesson 👍
Great video! Have this exact issue except in my kitchen I discovered while getting my floor ready to tile. Just bought a house and it's fun finding all the issues.
Not sure if you still read comments on these older videos, but I figured it was worth a shot! Our washing machine drainage line had a rip in it, so it was dumping water onto the floor. We just bought the house so weren’t not sure how long it’s been going on, but we have an area like the one in the video that needs to be removed and replaced. My question is, because of the location next to the washer/dryer, we know there are pipes and electric in the walls next to the damage and can see where they are coming down in the basement - what’s the best way to avoid cutting them? Thank you SO MUCH for an amazingly helpful video!!!
Hi Emma yes of course I answer questions and thanks so much for asking. The best way to do it is physically put eyes on where the lines are and where the plumbing is, that way you can set your saw depth to not cut further down than you want to. I would certainly avoid the power tools in the areas where you are uncertain. You got this!
Dude, I appreciate you so much. O am new to doing all of this. O have so many repairs and I need these videos! Thank you very much 😊. This girl is feeling like I can do it!

Thank You good Sir.
We just installed my daughter's bathroom floor today.
No easy task but my friend and I got it done.
Thanks again for positive feedback.
Thank you so much for this. I've got a big project with a relatively short deadline (for me) and next to no assistance coming up. this has been insanely helpful.
That is awesome Corey thank you for sharing and I know you are going to rock it. Check out the homeowners Ecorse for complete flexibility!

I wish my husband is as reliable. It does not look so hard at all. I just need to learn how to use carpentry tools and seems like it can be easily done. Thank you!
thanks so much for commenting!
Concise and direct to the point repair instruction. Thanks.
thank you resty!
Thanks for making this video. It gave me the courage to finally tackle the soft subfloor problem in our laundry room after procrastinating for at least 2 years. I couldn't get a professional to come out as we live in a rural area.
awesome darrell! so glad it helped you man....thanks for sharing!
You are a good teacher I like your style.
awesome X ..so glad i could help! thanks for watching!
Great video, straight to point without a lot of mindless chatter. A lot of people have the tools but lack knowledge and confidence to make repairs. Your channel is one of the best, new subscriber also!
Thank you so much Jay. I appreciate the comment my friend, you are most welcome

You got this Pitt state!
Hi! I'm a "Bigger Friend"! I'm moving in with a friend into a real fixer up, so I'll be sure to watch your videos A LOT!
So awesome yellow! so glad i can help..thanks for watching my friend!
The way he curb-stomped the new floor panel in to place X) I got a laugh out of it because i would have done the same thing!
Come on it will fit. Thanks for watching
