Had thumbprint cookies on the brain lately, was always a Christmas tradition when i was young (a thousand years ago)
I only made the more traditional version a few times. I remember them having a sour cream dough. The recipes out there now don't have sour cream in them. So I switched it up completely and did peanut butter and jelly. So good!
@@sustainableslowliving Agreed on the new recipes. I try to use old recipes and cookbooks whenever possible. Really like this variation.
