I'm 70years I've been trying other tutorials but it's easier said than done. I have heel spurs in one leg but I am not going to give up. Tomorrow I will continue and let you the progress. Love from Malaysia 🇲🇾

I am 65 on the 20.8.2023 I have been watching this shuffle dancing for some time now. it's so different and difficult to do. Keep going people, it will look good, having oldies doing it just like all those buetiful you girl's and lads moving like they do.

I am 54 years of age. I dream of learning to shuffle . I have no knees meniscus and it hurts to walk nevertheless I got some aids for my knees and crutches and I am practicing learning to learn shuffling. Thanks

I’ve watched EVERY tutorial & this is one of the best, however, very few of them address the specific issue I’m having….i seem to be putting an extra hop in there somewhere & cannot figure out how to fix/manage that. If u could make a video on this, I’ll forever be indebted!
It's difficult to say how to solve that specific hop without seeing it because it could be anywhere. What I can say is that only 2 hops are needed: one to go from the starting position to the intermediate position, and the other one to go from the intermediate position to the final position. You can try jumping a bit higher in the 2 moves that complete the steps to get your body used to do only 2 hops. You'll do the step slower and with high hops but it's okay since you're learning it and correcting technique, once your body is used to doing 2 hops only try to come back to the normal hop and start speeding up the step progressively always making sure you do the 2 hops. Hope that helps :)
