Citroen has been using timing chains since 2022 apparently, there's a press release somewhere. But the timing belt recall wasn't specific to Citroen others brands such as Ford and VW we're also affected and many others, as Dayco, the belt manufacturer, released a recall. However, the problem could be largely counteracted by timely servicing (by Citroen) and the use of the exact same recommended oil. If then a replacement was necessary they would replace for free under these requirements. In any case it only seemed to affect the Puretech 1.2 but the ones that followed the servicing as above are still not showing problems however they recommend consulting with Citroen to have the belt replaced.
Citroën.... Quien te ha visto y quien te ve.... Que deprimente es ver coches del grupo Stellantis...!!!!
😢😢
It's a retro logo, to be more precise. It's "new" but is based on the original logo of the brand.
Yes but everyone who was alive when it originally came out is dead so let’s call it new.
Does the 1.2 still have the dreaded wet timing belt? Important piece of information for anyone planning on keeping one outside the warranty period
Much more refined version apparently

Does the smartphone station charge the phone?
If you attach the cable to the USB beside it
@@NobbyOnCars then the station will wirelessly charge the phone? Or do you have to put the cable in your phone?
The model with the cradle doesn't have all the bells and whistles so wireless isn't there. Physical knobs for climate etc too
