I'm about to do this for my D&D group for Christmas!
Does every of the small pockets fit a dice set with those measurements or did you need to adjust?
My mom used to make these probably 25 years ago. She made me a beautiful paisley one, but I have lost it over the years. I am SO glad I came across your video though, because I am about to travel and I need another one! Thank you for this!
who besides me is going to try making it 5x bigger for dice hoarding.....
yes
Thank you! I made mine the big circle 14 inches the small at 10.5 and the batting at 4 inches. Turned out great! I will probably sew lines down each pocket one more time by request of my son for his dice. Great tutorial.
I made a bag for my dice too! Thanks for the measurements!
I saw these on a packing video, and shopped, yikes! $$$ ,so I searched and found your video, Thankyou so much, I made one in leather, lined with satin, I love it!!! Ready for my trip to Ireland next month, 1st I’ll try it out on a weekend trip to Daytona beach , tomorrow, can’t wait!
You sound like cabin crew, lovely steady voice and instructions
today I've made 3 pouches like yours in 3 different styles: red-white for my daughter's jewelry, a sky-blue and blu-yellow-white flowers - for my small sewing supplyes and one bigger black-white for my bigger sewing sypplyes like bobbins etc., and I am happy!
Genius! I'd love to see variations of this with different size pockets for different items!
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I just finished making mine and I’m going to make there for my bridesmaids as a gift! 😃
Made several pouches, I put grommets on instead of cutting fabric for string. Love Ot
I saw the internet picture tutorial and made one very similar to this as a gift for a friend, and then filled it with handmade jewelry. It was very well received! I've also made one as a dice bag for a nice set.
CJGem1994 I bet it was! What a nice idea :)
StyleNovice thanks!
I love how you put together this pouch. I've seen others, but your technique is cleaner and easier overall. Lovely! Gonna finally make some today!! Mine shall be about 18" as I will put my tatting in it to take around with me on errands.
I just finished the pouch it came out so cute thank u for sharing, I'm going to make my daughters one!!!!
Love this. Thanks for your awesome Tutorial. Will make this for gifts for my family.💗
This is sooo cute and surprisingly simple, you're great!
Louise Green Thanks Louise! I put this project off for ages because it looked complicated but it sooo much simpler than it appears!
That is a beautiful pouch. I may try this out in the future. Thank you.
Helen L I love how mine turned out. Hope you give it a go :)
Thanks for the great tutorial. Had a spare couple of hours to spare this evening and now I have a little pretty travel pouch. I'm also going to make one for my mum for Christmas. This is one of those items that looks very impressive but is so simple! Subscribed!
Simple, functional and chic, everything I love in a good project. Thank you for this. Best wishes.
Am I just craving travel? Your voice makes me think of air hostesses talking on the intercom
Very nice tutorial
Would love to see some more ideas like this . Thanks
Very cool idea should work for dice as well as jewelry.
Loved your tutorial and the pouch is gorgeous. Going off to make some right now. Thanks
flikkashutt How did it turn out!?
Very good, I was wondering on the size and overall construction for one of these. Those drawstring holes really should be finished, though. With all the use a drawstring gets I would except them to be quite stressed. I'm thinking maybe a pair of buttonholes before the pieces get sewn together, or they could be hand-stiched after the fact.
Can’t wait to make one!
So much nice! I like it. I'll make one.
thanks for your video, you are encouraging me to start sewing again
And you are sooo delightful too !!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Sabina YummyHandmade Thanks Sabina :)
Hi
It is much smaller than yours for some strange reason, but really lovely, I will use it to keep my parking meter change in. The next one I make will be bigger. Thank you for a lovely video, I am going to have a look at some more of your designs.
flikkashutt Hi there, I have figured out everyone's mistake. I mention in the video that those are the RADIUS measurements. Not the diameter :)
flikkashutt I made same mi stále duch ;)

Making a few of these pouches before I go to college- a great way to keep everything tangle free :) maybe I'll use the New Zealand print fabric I got from your giveaway :) Thanks!!
onemacdirection So cool! Great to see it being enjoyed :)
Lovely and convenient.
I just watched your tutorial and thought I would sew 2 button holes first because the material will fray after a while.
That's right. I do the button holes too. And I use two strands of satin rat tail, from opposite ends. And then draw them together. (two handles).
Beautiful
Very pretty!!!!!!
weier16 Thank you!

Very Very Nice👍
Very nice, Thank you
Rotraud Tewes Thanks for watching!
Hey guys
it's awesome..
Do you have instructions for making a drawstring make up bag?
Just make the sizes waay bigger
would it be possible to do a larger version with waterproof inner as travel toiletry bag?
+Jacki Kenny I don't see why not! Just switch out the inner fabric and make your circles much larger! Remember that waterproof fabric can't be pinned. Paper clips make great fabric holders instead.
the sewing machine doesn't allow you to do that
StyleNovice can you do a bigger one? or other desgbs because its our project at school
cool
Hi there, I would like the instructions but can not get into the url you have above...
Hi Linda, you're right. The link seemed to be broken. Please try the new one I have added :) or go straight to my blog and search in the search bar :)
Same here
Jewelry pouch? I thought those were DnD dice bags.
nice
Handy ♡ Thanks ☆
My smaller earrings are sliding into the middle all the time. Maybe the small pockets should be closed on the bottom
Trace a silver dollar and sew around it when you sew the pockets. Its will close off the ends to stop things from finding their way to the middle
Hi, Cute bag - just in the process of putting 1 together but a question. What stops the jewellery from sliding down under the small circle. Would it be better if you stitched around the center circle where the batting is when the 2 circles(big & small) are together? Just a thought. Thanks
How about sealing the sections with Velcro or something like that?
mar5par yes velcro for the base is important
I just sew around the small circle again to close it up once I put the bigger inner circle in. Or, you could leave that space open and hide money or something flat in it :)
Awesome idea Thks 4sharing? Looking forward 4 more video.hug n kissess☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
😍😍😍
Super!
Please do bag for Yoga mat
Very cute and pretty but hideously small.
What is pedding?

Did anybody manage to do it without a sewing machine?
