love the video, keep going! Love that you are making videos for more advanced riders as well. when I startet mtb I watched almost every video of you guys but now most of them became irrelevant for me. Great to see a video from you for my level of riding
I can do a backflip quiet safely in the foampit but I'm still super scared to do it even on an airbag. Any tips to overcome your fear? Secondly I dont get very far with the flip. Any tips on how I can get more distance in a flip?
@@duncantomlinson2596 Adrenaline Alley in Corby. I've never been but it's a huge facility that I really want to make a trip to as I've heard nothing but good things about the place. Check it out!
Ive tried like 40 times into a foam pit... landed on my head every time. I need someone with me who knows how to help me get around. I keep either losing the bike off my feet or getting like 3/4 around at best
Cuz a flip off a near vertical is really only around 200 degrees. A flat drop flip is closer to 300 usually. Flat to flat would be the only real 360 rotation
I'm 67 years old. This is one video I have no business watching, but did anyway.
Priority 1: Learn to backflip, Priority 2: Learn to jump.

Do not try at home ❌
Go try it immediately ✅
Sweet! I’m going to a foam pit this winter and want to learn to backflip so bad!
Coolest instructional video I've seen in a while. ✌

Step 1) Be born in the last decade with parents that have access to an airbag/foam pit while your body is still rubber 😂
best backflip video🔥
Important question: clipped in? If not, how do you keep your feet on the pedals with the rotating force while doing/trying the back flip? Thnx
Cheers for the shout out guys!! 🫶
Another great video
Cheers! 💪
You should teach all the other GMBN presenters to do back flips? Even Martin, he's crazy enough!
Awesome video!
Nice , great video 🤙🏾
That was awesome 🤩🙌
Hah. One GMBN tutorial I’ll never need!
Great video, just wondering should you be able to loop out before attempting to learn a backflip
Anyone who would encourage me to do a back flip doesn't love me.
Don't do it. Xoxo
How about no
Backflips genuinely one of the easiest if not the easiest “big” trick there is. Much much easier than a good 360
I've heard that before. Once you're off axis you're a passenger.

Ya me vi haciendo eso! 😮😢😂
I would love to have access to a foam pit. Turn you into a jump master in one day.
They are pretty good! Especially for learning the higher risk stuff!
THE BACKFLIP

What about the brake ?
우리나라 프로 선수들은 어려운 기술이라고 하는데 여기 선수들은 가장 쉬운 기술 중 하나라고 하네... 역시 저변이 두터운게 무서워

I keep stalling upside down and bailing, any tips to get past that?
The usual cause for that is extending your legs early instead of balling up. Watch a double flip. They're balled up until they spot the landing.
@@PabloGonzalez-hv3td thanks I’ll check out some videos
@@glennbroad2543 You're welcome. You'll notice in this video that they maintain the same position until landing.
Just remember: when in trouble, tuck for double 😉
I do jump the less possible to avoid risk. But yeah it's fun.
Backflips hmmm
Frontflips 💀💀💀
🫡👊
My neck is not good after overrotating on head and back😢
7th place
Why do pretty much all backflips; it never looks like they pull. They just seem to look back over their head.
You’ve pretty much got it. You don’t really pull you preload the suspension then use the ramp to pop then look for the landing

😂I would like to think i could it, but at 50 its too much of a risk👍may be in a foam pit😎😉
Not for me, great video. If you want to see a good example of the mental aspect watch Matt Jones teaching his mate Jamie to flip and much later flare
how big its should be ? 😂😂😂
I'm a 50 year old man with a shit bike. This video isn't for me lol
