A new window will appear where you can change your target (Calories, Distance, Duration). 4. Under ‘Benefit Target,’ you can also choose the type of training (e.g., recovery, basic). It has different zone that you can choose from. If the voice guide is enabled, it will alert you if your heart rate goes above or below the expected range. Hope this helps!
If you wanna monitor your heart rate during the day it is better to buy Polar watches. They are easier to use and they can monitor your heart rate during the day, or you can go for Smart watches like apple watchs and Samsung Watches.

Unfortunately no, it doesn’t have sleep analysis features, it is for active analysis like doing sports or walking
