    Summary of today’s video & other stuff mentioned in the video:
    HOW TO PERFORM CRAB-DIPS:
    A) (Can't do Basic Gymnastic-ring Dips Yet? Watch this Tutorial: ua-cam.com/video/M8tfYWLoysU/v-deo.html )
    B) PREREQUISITES: Make sure you can do at least 3 gymnastic-ring dip sets of 14 reps with one minute of rest in between before you even start trying the crab dip.
    C) TECHNIQUE
    STEP 1: Shoulder protraction (make yourself taller at the top position)
    STEP 2: The Crab (ring the rings closer to the midline of your body)
    D) BONUS MIND-TO-MUSCLE TIPS
    a) Squeeze the chest at the top
    b) Keep your elbows slightly bent at the top
    P.S.1. IMPORTANT SIDENOTE: Always keep the shoulders away from your ears (never allow shoulder elevation)

    That is amazing. My favourite rings dip variation is usually the Bulgarian Rings Dip variation, however I will try the crab variation and report back.

    For me variation with rings turn out and completely locked on the top triggered biceps grow in a different way. I mean it's helped a lot with other pulling compounds of course. Especially in my weak side biceps that all my life has seriously undeveloped inner head no matter how much weight or reps i do for it

    Hey, I’ve been noting your comments about not doing RTO so I appreciate this vid specifically about the form/technique. I love the rings so these ring training videos are great! My chest lags in development so I will apply in my training today. Shoulder development with rings would also be great! Thank you for your content! #keepontraining

    Firstly, I hope you are safe with all of the fires going on right now.
    I am starting with the rings and was looking for a complete upper body workout to complement my biking.
