I too have Karizma XMR but the Turn by Turn Navigation isn't working on it. Whenever I enter any destination it asks me to set Start Location. On clicking the current location its not selecting my current location. Also if my enter some location manually as my start destination I don't see the option to Start/Navigate. Anything I need to configure in the app or app settings. I have enabled location and given all the required permissions. Or is there some Software configuration in the bike that needs to be done for this to work
Sorry brother but I haven’t faced any issues about navigation from first time. You can uninstall and reinstall hero app and also can visit hero showroom for solution (I don’t think they can solve it but still)

Ha yr baat to correct hai mje b yahi laga tha lekin Hero ke app m inbuilt jo map h wo jake chlao map tbi bike ke screen pe navigation dikhata hai.
Ha par mobile me dekh k chalana or meter console me dekhna alag baat hoti hai mobile holder v to chayie uske liye
