Great to see y’all back. It’s good to see more of Elisabeth on the videos. You learned the queens english, then fell into gutter english(American). MJ Sailing had a video of the tidal current, I think yours was flowing faster.guess it depends on the moon phase and storms. Give shabby some biscuits.take care of yourselves and be safe out there.🌲🍻. 🤣the beaver comment
Hi Johnny, I haven't seen their video yet but i know they was around here sailing. The tides and time you are there will play a part in how fast the currents get. I have heard about this place since i was a kid so its just fun to have seen it..
@Deadrat Squeeker Oh wow. This is not what I was expecting to hear. All I can say is, I think he is in a better place sailing the seas forever more.⛵️ Be safe 🌲
When you were walking on the docks you walked past these rocks with many holes in them. What are they and what are they used for? Man-made or Natural? Well, another interesting sight I would have never seen without your channel. Thank you very much and all the best to you and your family. Cheers!
Greetings my friend, I hope you are doing well. Been thinking you would be back up and running with a bunch of new videos. Miss seeing your awesome videos. Any way just wanted to say greetings from Galveston Tx . U. S. A. 🙏God Bless
Walking in UK was referred to as "shanks mare" (shank is the lower part of a leg and also a cut of meat). The mare reference probably forgotten by most, but not so different from the "apostles horse"! Think I have driven across the bridge over the maelstrom in our camper in 2016 are you now going south? It was so long since the last video I thought the crew had made you walk the plank.
@@SailingEmbla Hi. Bodo yes it was as far north as we got although we did not go into the town. Up the E6 and down the coast crossing the Arctic Circle on a ferry on the way back. More recently the wife and I have been to Narvik, flying to Stockholm and the train to Kiruna and on from there. Very rugged and beautiful country we did plan to visit Finland by driving north in the camper this year but C19 put a stop to that. I would not be in a hurry to leave either. Although an arctic winter in a boat might change my mind.
It has been a very long time since you have made a video of your sailing. I hope all is well in these crazy times. You have not given up on sailing or posting videos, have you?
@@elisabethfredriksen5532 It makes me very sad to hear this. I didn't know Terje personally, of course, but I liked him and his stories very much. I will miss him. My sincere condolences.
