@@mbmars01 The all EMD power captures helped increased the score lol. Surprisingly, so did Amtrak bouncing around speeding on that less than ideal track lol.
@@mbmars01 I thought if there is sections of rough track like that, the railroad is required to impose a speed restriction between the affected mile posts? Amtrak is was fortunate to not break a knuckle bouncing around like that.
The trains' speeds are indeed impressive, they are flying, especially the Amtrak. The weather was perfect in every location and thanks to this the video's picture quality is great. We can enjoy the different railroads' units very nicely. I like the cool rear DPUs and the good old BNSF SD70MACs. I'm looking forward to the next episode. Excellent job as always, thank you for the update. :)
The weather was amazing, clear blue skies all day long. It's true, the camcorder enjoys light like this very much lol. There will be one more episode from this trip, then a bit of cool here-and-there stuff, and ultimately the material I recorded of FEC in Florida. It's gonna be an exciting late summer/fall here on this channel!
Awesome video.. Good shot of Amtrak(twice) movin right along. KCS 4141..SD70 ACe was cool catch as well ..CN EMD’s never disappoint either along with executive MAc. Thanks for sharing
Thanks. The Amtrak shots weren't planned; it just worked and it worked pretty well :) My EMD favs are still the SD70MACs. It would have been cool had the exec MAC led that coal train at the end. But it was nice seeing two of them anyway.
Thanks very much! I couldn't believe this train flying almost above the rails. Was very cool to watch it live. You're very welcome, stay tuned for more :)
I'm not too much into Amtrak and the P42s, but I really like the shot at the depot in Flora. Yea, to see so much EMD on that day was surprising. Great you enjoyed the video.
I’ve got to say, I wish I saw more CN locomotives where I am…. they have a really great paint scheme and it took me seeing this video to notice! Great video as always, my friend!
We had regularly CN and CP run-through power on the CSX Abbeville Sub, near where I live, but "thanks" to PSR and PTC, this happens very rarely nowadays. Very cool you enjoyed watching this video!
Very cool and greetings to Australia (unfortunately I didn't make videos at that time, but I "railfanned" the surroundings of Melbourne's Southern Cross Station when I spent some time there many years ago).
Quite a verity of road power on the Yazoo subdivision of CN in Mississippi. BNSF husselin freight traffic along at end of video. Must be doin 50mph on that stretch of rail!
With all those interchange points connected to the Yazoo Sub (Memphis, TN; Jackson, MS) the amount of foreign power may not be surprising, but it was definitely great to watch these trains. In fact, track speed is 60 mph for freights and I think the last train must have been close to this limit.
It's enjoyable to watch the trains work - delivery to a customer and all :) A couple of nice EMD's to see which means a K5LLA! Great tanker train! Very enjoyable - all at speed :)
When I edited the video, I was very surprised about all this EMD power. I didn't realize it when I filmed those trains. Great you enjoyed it. The last train was really flying.
Thanks! We might have been a bit lucky, because this and last video's recordings were made after an extensive work period the week before, but my guess would be 20-25 trains in 24 hours. I think the actual count fluctuates somewhat and really depends on how many unit trains run.

Vr nice videos I'm from Malaysia
That's cool! The world is small :) Hope you're doing well.
Nice catches! Gotta love the SD75Is. CN and BNSF are the only ones that currently have them
Thanks! It was definitely good to see them again. Who knows how long they will still be in service.
@@mbmars01 True. But they have been around since the 90s. I would expect them to last at least sometime until 2026 or 2027.
Super catches as usual. You spoil us... THANKS
Lol, I'm glad you like the videos here :)
198,200 total UA-cam competitive railfanning points awarded.
Sounds like a great score!

I was very much worried when I saw Amtrak bouncing like this!

Maybe, the Amtrak cars have rotary couplers lol

Awesome job I love catching the B&P and BLE trains because of the EMD power
Thanks! Cool.
Great video as always. Hope all is well with you. All the best. Mick🇬🇧
Yes, all is fine here (as far as one can say that given the current circumstances). I hope you can say the same about yourself. Greetings to the UK.
Very nice, as usual! 😎
Great, thanks!
great video
Thank you!
Terrific catches!
Good you like 'em!
Nice to see quite a bit of EMD power and amtrak speeding along.enjoyable video!

Understandable.
EMD Power very good
There's also a nice collection of EMD units in the most recent video (label [85]).
awesome video, keep them coming.
Good you like it. I will - as long as people keep watching :)
That taconite train was probably going to that steel plant, north of Mobile, AL. CN has a yard in Mobile.
Those trains are going toward Louisiana. The plant outside Mobile is on the NS 3B sub.
Still the best train video bunch filming ! Thanks for you dedication .
I'm very happy you like the style. Keep watching - there's a lot of exciting stuff still to come soon :)
Great video as always. I grew up around this area, and always enjoy others railfanning the line.
Nice, thank you. It must be indeed interesting to watch a familiar area through a visitors' eyes. Great you enjoy it.
9868 was on amtrak 3 chief a while ago
Oh really. Wow.
it was 9 hours late Mike and it sounded great
I can imagine. Must have been a remarkable sight to see this engine on an Amtrak train.
@@mbmars01 it even had a B32-8WH trailing 3rd
Cool. I like these Amtrak 4-axle Dash 8s (more than the P42s).
nice catch
Thanks!
Nice!
Thanks!
Good video
Thanks!
Excellent as always. Great catches of all the EMD Power.
Thanks! I actually didn't notice how much EMD power moved trains on this line until I edited the footage.

Oof... YT cut off my entire list of key bonus captures in the comments.
Oh I hate when that happens. In the email I received I saw a partial list until 5:58, but the remainder was missing.
How come CN doesn't use space cars for there crude oil
I have no clue.
