sharp scissor. good scissors are expensive and you can find in knife and shaving shops than fly shops are made in switzerland, Germany and Japan. Specially for fly tying Tiemco and C&F have the best tools for fly tying. Good vises are made in USA like Renzetti, Dyna-King etc.
