I started teaching myself guitar during lockdown and got quite fanatical about it but then got a really bad back injury that stopped me playing (I couldn’t even pick up my guitar) and I lost momentum totally even after I recovered. This collection of riffs is really well judged and looks quite achievable for me; it has motivated me to pick up my guitar again. My only problem with this video is that I didn’t want it to end. More please!

actually it is not %100 right. in the original version, it ends with 12 on D string to 14 on A string. It is a hammer on.
The index stays planted on the A string.
I doubt that it is played well, from what I remember it is not played on the 12th to 14th fret but rather from the 7th to the 9th and hammer ons are missing.
I have the book right in front of me, by black sabbath. He’s playing it right.

Only one thing Can help you if your are a Real beginner.
Play ALL the cords with your finger from the top to the and minimum 4 Time EACH DAY
After few weeks you take 1000% agilité level trust me.

You could try brain stew by greenday. Its a easy but fun one string Riff
Try iron man by Black Sabbath, seven nation army by the white stripes, or smoke on the water by deep purple.

I am learning to play guitar right handed, been a lefty all my life, so im changing my side to see if i can stop a rut i fell into. And also all my guitars are right handed.
I’ve always played right but I’m left handed- think Blackmore is left playing right (but there the comparison ends)
Im right handed but I play lefty. Made sense to me to have my dominant hand do the Chords right?
I think early on chord changes are the hard part as you just strum but later on the picking hand with all the different techniques and nuances is the more demanding part!! Just my personal opinion
If I'm ever in a rut I try alternate tunnings such as open tunnings.

For saying how long I've been playing.. It took me an embarrassing amount of time to learn Wipe Out.
I dunno is it just me...riff for Crazy Train is easy however i find it a stretch that makes it difficult for me to play it smoothly? Any tips?

More for advanced beginners. Remember, they cramp up trying to play an F chord.
These are not beginner riffs the fret movements are somewhat easy but add the picking motion and not beginner riffs❤
If you cant play these, even with what little alternate picking is involved, you should try another instrument.

Guitar is a little bit harder than most instruments to get a sound out of, but guitar progress is slow at first then builds. It gets easier as you go. You start with 0 skills and then get 1, then you get 2, and it builds on itself so then you get 4 and so on and so forth. Once you break the initial barrier of your guitar journey, it only gets easier from then.
