I really agree with the "finger" joke. It is true. Language is just a tool. Not only you need to learn how to speak it, you'll have to learn how to get angry when you're offended. When I first learn English, someone swored at me and I wasn't angry. The guy actually got more made that I wasn't angry.
I always thought the stand up portions of the show were intentionally bad and that tv show version of Jerry Seinfeld was supposed to be a bad stand up comic. It wasn't until sometime later seeing his actual stand up comedy I realized he just sucks.
I thought some of these bits were really funny and well delivered as hell, and even the less funny ones were okay and certainly not unwatchable. The stuff about cat calling and car hoinking were great
