  • 2025 Nissan Murano - Bold Design with the Power of a V-6 Engine!
Get ready to witness a major transformation in the world of crossover SUVs. The Nissan Murano, once a groundbreaking model when it was first introduced in 2003, has fallen behind in recent years as newer competitors have entered the market. But Nissan seems poised to breathe new life into this iconic two-row crossover. With spy photos revealing hints of a sharp new design, it’s clear that the 2025 Murano is on track to make a strong comeback-and it could change the game for those who love style and performance in one package.
From the photos that have surfaced, we can already see a much sleeker and more modern look hidden beneath the camouflage. The rear quarter window looks pinched, and the roofline has been swept back, giving it a sporty profile that some say is reminiscent of the luxurious Genesis GV70. The design cues suggest that Nissan is taking some inspiration from higher-end models, indicating that the Murano could appeal to both everyday drivers and those looking for something more upscale.
Originally, there were rumors that the new Murano would be entirely electric, following the trend of many other automakers. However, the spy shots tell a different story. We can see exhaust coming from the rear, which means the 2025 Murano will most likely stick with a gasoline engine, specifically the V-6 engine that was popular in previous models. There is a possibility that Nissan may be planning to offer an electric version later, but for now, it looks like the internal combustion engine will remain the primary power source.
As for the interior and seating, the 2025 Murano is expected to continue offering two rows of seats with room for five passengers. This makes it a comfortable option for small families or those who want the benefits of an SUV without the need for a third row. Additionally, there is speculation that Nissan may create a luxury version for its Infiniti brand, potentially called the QX65, which would offer a more refined interior and upscale design. This move could attract drivers who want a bit more sophistication and luxury in their vehicles.
When it comes to pricing, the 2025 Murano is expected to start around thirty-seven thousand dollars and could go up to forty-nine thousand dollars, depending on the trim level and options selected. While Nissan hasn’t officially confirmed these figures or released details on the trim levels, it is likely they will follow the typical structure of S, SV, SL, and Platinum models. Once more information becomes available, it will be easier to pinpoint which version offers the best value for buyers.
For now, the most exciting part is simply waiting for the official debut. The all-new 2025 Murano is expected to be revealed in early 2024 and should hit the market later that same year. With its updated design, familiar V-6 engine, and potential improvements in technology, this crossover could make a significant impact. Whether you are a long-time fan of the Murano or new to the name, this upcoming model promises to be worth watching.
Let us know in the comments if you have any insights or updates on the upcoming Murano-stay tuned for more details as we get closer to the official release.

Fortunately I hear that it will have a standard 9 speed transmission instead of the CVT transmission.

I know this is an AI rendered fake, but I love this rendering! It's like taking the 'Blue Pill' in The Matrix!!!You know it's fake but..... 😅 I've owned two Muranos! Loved them both, but I added modest bodykits and sportier wheels to both, trying to liven them up a bit! Got a lot of compliments on them; cause guys aren't going out modifying Muranos!!! 😅 But as many said, Nissan should've made that vehicle more masculinly fun! This would be it! 😂 ✌🏽❤✊🏾

lol! It’s late 2024 not early 2024 and still we haven’t seen anything legitimate from Nissan regarding the 2025 Murano…it amazes me that the kicks has been redone again so soon and nothings been done with the Murano for well over 10 years…we are getting impatient Nissan
