    This happened to me, my SP started to totally conform to my knowing, because I was so busy and focusing on my best life. I sleep with your tapes on and I feel like never before in my life :) He started reaching out to me and saying he misses me and being sentimental. Then I realized I’m starting to think about him again too much as you just said and feeling disconnected. I take this as a sign !:) I’m continuing living my life and focusing on myself- because I am the priority :)

    I especially love the part where you said "If you don't see any movement in your reality for a few days and you start getting thoughts such as "do I have a block or limiting belief", just ignore it and know that its done". This is so great to hear because I've been caught in that trap before. Everything is going to plan. I affirm it!

    something that helped me detach from doing these little phone checks thinking "text from sp? text? did he text? sp?" is setting the intention that everything will happen in person. i now no longer care about texts or anything related to that bc i know itll happen outside of the phone so theres no point in checking my notifications :)

    05:00 the part where you feel desperation/urgency, just let it go, so it wont spiral the negative energy
    06:50 when you let go, you are moving about your day with a good state and creating new beliefs
    affirmation: "all i want is coming to me now, in the meantime im too busy being the best me to notice anyone/anything's absence"
    08:40 negative attachment, is when you think about something all the time and not do anything else, positive is when you enjoy life
    11:30 "it's done", drop it, enjoy your moment doing something else
    12:22 do a "im-too-busy-doing-other-things" list to distract your mind being productive instead of being anxious etc. (schedule yourself, to avoid wasting time over something that doesnt benefit you

    I was so scare when I'm working on my SC, thinking my SP will forget all about me as I'm not as into him like before. It flipped, the more I m stable within myself and happy and working on my projects, the more he initiate and become more sensitive and sentimental. But most of all,I successfully got myself out from a waiting state, just like DJ says , you don't even wish this on your worst enemy. It's a worst mindset anyone can be in, Everyone talking about self- love, but not many achieve it as so many layers of our self sabotage to be notice before the new one can set in. Now, I'm so so sure in myself that I can get anything I wanted. 💜💜

    when ur in a resistant being, requires self discipline 12:00
    1 .get extra ASF with planning your day
    make no room for idle time or to have awareness of circumstances by making ur self extremely busy if the things you have to do / get done daily
    write ur tasks , even ur meals , breathwork etc
    your mind can be resistant to this routine so if ur still thinking about the problems , listen to affirmations till you shift out of the state
    2 . gapping ur subconscious
    waking up , breathwork 10mins ur mind ain’t thinking ab the problems , then do another task for an hour and so on so forth of gapping and keeping ur self busy
    3. sleeping w beliefs on stop the awareness of the problem
    you start doing things that deliberately shift ur focus from the problems , as u get disciplined u align to the state of being of not thinking about the problem (takes about 3days of this strict routine ) when you stick to this very strictly u see things start to manifest
    4 .don’t regress when you see movement keep going and living in the end .
    5. get super disciplined and drop the problem from your awareness , meditate and repeat affirmations that address the negative beliefs
    i am worthy i am stable etc
    drop the awareness , create a schedule , sleep with beliefs , anytime ur minds thinks about the problems or anxiety don’t allow it to go there by placing ur focus on getting extremely busy, when it manifests it’ll be easy to insert new assumptions and watch it manifests
    6. cut out lack behaviors
    if you see no “movement “ don’t assume u have negative beliefs or a block , ignore it and know that’s it’s done , you are getting where you want ! remember its not about being perfect it’s about consistency

    The Wim Hoff breathing method that Dylan recommends is a real game changer. I do it everyday, two or three times depending on how anxious I'm feeling, and it works tremendously to calm one down. It's become a gauge for me to see how resistant I still am. If I'm more anxious, I'm not able to hold my breath for as long, etc.

      @@dreamonup Yes, whenever you feel that your thoughts are spiraling out of control. You're basically creating a "gap in your consciousness " to quote Dylan. Whenever you need it, in other words.

    Your 8hr Limitless Manifestor has helped me so much. I’m manifesting a marrige proposal from my boyfriend of five yrs. On day four of listening to your tapes I dreamt he proposed, then on day six one of my elderly patients, he’s 93 just walks up to me and says “Will you be my wife” 😂😂😂. I was just like omg 😳. I’m on day 14 now and I’m feeling so great and just taking great care of myself. It’s all working. Thankyou

    From Dylan's teaching only i realized what is actually "End state or Its Done"---IT means PESRSIST IN THE RELAXED KNOWING STATE OF MIND THAT I ALREADY HAVE WHAT I WANT -ITS COMING -ITS ALREADY DONE & GO BY YOUR DAY... Because why should I affirm or visualize or script endlessly when its already done... ? Yes I can feel it's alreday done and feeling happy rather satisfied & can feel that end state like for example oh my partner is so cute and all...oh I m so happy...and then go by your day...when its already mine /done then there is no need to be obsessed with techniques... Its the CALM BLISSFUL STATE OF KNOWING THAT EVERYTHING I WANT I ALREADY HAVE... IT'S DONE...

      @@janaina5446 OK if u love to affirm or all these things do that but don't do from a desperate state of mind...I will give u an example -suppose u have a great romantic relationship....in the morning when ur sp goes to work u feel(affirm) wow he loves me so much ...he is mine and all from a point that u r already living ur dream life with him...then after sometimes u start your normal daily work routines knowing that he is already yours...may be during the day u can think of him...so if u can think from already having it that's great...BUT if u r thinking from a pov that there is a circumstance then don't try to affirm the opposite...then completely drop it and engage yourself....do meditation, breath work and all...listen what Dylan is saying....binge watch his videos and u will understand everything...u r already that which u want...so u don't need any technique....listening to Dylan 8hrs tapes are to build a strong sc which u r doing only for yourself...not for any desires-because desires are already done...when u stop trying and realise how much worthy u r then the desires (which are already done) pop up in 3d....I hope it makes sense dear

      @@janaina5446 please watch one video of Dylan titled as CIRCUMSTANCES DON'T EXIST...drop the notion of any circumstances. ..Dylan has 2 marvelous videos on that sis...another video of Dylan is on this topic CIRCUMSTANCES DON'T MATTER-SMILE AND RECEIVE. ..he explained here with diagram...and see his videos on believe also...he says align with the version of self where these circumstances never exist to begin with even....he says your only karma is disbelief. ...don't try to flip the thought...why u flip the thought when undesirable circumstances don't even exist...it's done...re watch if u need to....I also rewatch his videos...

    When we feel frustrated and anxious we feel like the external things will bring us happiness. But if we don’t stabilise our emotional state of being, even if that sp were to show up right now, we still won’t experience the joy we think they will bring us. You are the one who brings joy to external things by being present and stable! Listen to Dylan! He is the best LOA coach out there ❤️

    This helped me yesterday when my car stopped and I had to walk home from the trail by my house. I acknowledged my frustration and irritation but I knew that either way, I’m going to be good! A friend came by to help me with my car and when we went back, it started right back up with NO trying lol it was amazing

    This works. I used to do it naturally before I knew about manifestation and manifestation actually messed it up for me. Happy to be back to my natural state of manifesting. The sleep tracks help a lot to prime your mind for a clean slate everyday. This is where true manifestation crosses over with more practical attitudes that successful people naturally have in the world.

      So if I’m saying affirmations about my SP 3 times a day is this too much? Am I focusing too much on trying to attract him back?
      I have been working on my self concept as well as just going sbout my day as per usual but I say my affirmations 3 times a day. Is this too much?

      Same! Learning about manifestation was such a rabbit hole for me, all the affirming and techniques. Now I don’t do anything to manifest anymore. I just live my life, drop the focus on unfavorable things as much as I can, be as relaxed and happy as I can and just let positive thoughts naturally follow when they want to come

    a tip if you’re in that anxious state right now: try to not attach to the emotions. What I mean is to avoid associating yourself with anxiety. It’s a passing emotion, let it go instead of clinging onto it. I did this in the past were I would judge any anxiety during meditation or daily life to be intrinsically bad. Why am I anxious? Why do I have anxiety? It’s so stupid, I thought. This made it only worse. So, my advice, it will go away, don’t worry about it ruining your life. 💜💜

    when you started talking about those moment of anxiety I was like 100% relatable. The latest one happened yesterday and they are indeed hurtul and easy to judge yourself for having them. However yesterday rather than getting frustrated at my self I tried a different approach to it. I sat into a meditative position and observed my anxiety, and acknowledged that it was there to 'protect' me from possible dangers and not to hurt me. So rather than getting mad about having an anxious moment and tried to get rid of it I welcomed it into my heart and I wispered to myself 'dont worry, you are safe, its all done'. As soon as my heart beat went back to normal I started affirming to myself over and over again 'I am love, I am complete, I am whole, I am chosen'. At the end of the meditation my anxiety was gone, and something that would stuck to my lungs for hours was gone in less than 16 mins. During that meditation I really embraced what it means to be gentle with your self.

    So grateful for you Dylan. Earlier today I was feeling really frustrated with the lack of movement with my SP and started to fall into old traps. I caught myself and decided to go on a walk. I asked the universe for a sign that it was all gonna be okay. I’m not joking, the moment I walk out I see a couple doing their wedding photoshoot right outside of my building! I live on a college campus too! I couldn’t believe my eyes. Persist guys. Even when it’s hard

    I have this strange feeling of I don’t need or want anything anymore. It’s kinda like blah for everything that I desire, I feel like I have everything I want and don’t want it anymore. Would love some input guys.

      I get that feeling at times too, and it's different from when I was experiencing depression in the past and had no interest in anything because nothing brought me joy and all felt hollow (thankfully, that's no longer plaguing me and won't ever again).
      Now, it's like I don't need anything to feel better about myself emotionally because at a core level, I am good, always. Sure, I have stressors and can get impatient if something irks me, especially dealing with family members who did not do what I told them to do the first time to better their lives and are now having to do it anyway while complaining all along the way, but I even use those as a reminder that I know everything will work out in my favor. As for the things I do want to experience, I have already decided that they are mine, and it would have been a nice, pleasant, relaxing, and enjoyable relief to have had them years before watching UA-cam videos like this one, but I can easily visualize now if the thought of them comes up, get my fill, and know that they are on their way to me right now.
      What I do find is that if I get the "I am content" blahs, it's harder for me to take initiative at first and develop a structure for the days where I feel like being more productive. I may not really need to do more than the bare minimum to get everything I want, but it's better to have something engaging and stimulating to do to not constantly dwell in boredom as the good things come one after the other.

      Wow. I felt this exact same way for a while now and I recently got cured. I became so frustrated I vented to my dad and he told me “stop living life easy and small. Think bigger. Have goals.” And he’s right. Thinking big cured me from stagnation.

    1. 100% perfect timing. I was literally feeling so resistant af and called out your name like 3 times.
    2. I love the shade mauve you’re wearing.
    3. I FINALLY 100% get it. “Big” things have been showing up. When I first met my SP he showed up when I had this same kind of financial movement so I’m pretty stoked/feeling emotionally stable/trusting.
    I told myself I am going to replicate your list (totally have done this kind of thing my whole life idk why I ever stopped) and dedicate myself to it every freaking day. So thank you. I learn so much from personal/specific examples.

    My god I think I manifested this video! So on point! Trying to NOT focus (staying off social), but the thought still it creeps in!!! and then obsessively trying not to focus, which of course works in reverse 😂 I am now ALL over a list of jobs!!!!     True, I had to deactivate Facebook, the stories on these groups were pulling me out of my end state. I'm not even watching that much of UA-cam videos anymore. I just wish I would look less at my sp's pictures on my phone, I don't want to delete them but it's a thing I need to stop so I don't keep spiralling in my thoughts.

    Hi Dylan. The long post you've made here on the community tab that explains stabilizing in a step-by-step process has helped me a lot. Especially the "vantage point" term. I think you're explaining it in this video in a more understandable way by showing us your notebook. But I think everyone should keep in mind that even though they write a daily to-do list just like you do, if they are doing it in a "vantage point" of "I'm doing this so I can have what I want", they're still in the lack mentality. I believe the to-do list might be a requirement only to *know* that you're okay without the thing you're manifesting, you're still enough, you're still capable, you're still doing great, etc.
    I agree with what you said in this video. If you're affirming based on the problem, you're still assuming the problem is currently present. Affirmations aren't manifesting the outcome you want, the feeling that affirmations create inside you is what's manifesting. So when I'm creating my affirmations, *which are actually thoughts, and when they are repeated they become beliefs* I start to daydream until I can see some visuals. But instead of visualizing them from my current mindset, I assume that I'm already my version that has what I currently want and translate the visuals into sentences.
    For example, let's say I have a feature on my face that I don't like. When I'm in autopilot mode my mind creates scenes that are triggering for me and they remind me of my feature that I don't like. In a case like this, I don't "think of the negative thing" and then "analyze the situation to create some affirmations". I just relax and in a mental scene look in the mirror, and see myself in a way that I want, which directly leads me to think of some thoughts about myself. And when I repeat those affirmations when I'm awake, it puts me in the mood of already having the thing that I want. And it changes my "vantage point" into a state where I can say "It's always been like this, I've always been this -your new version here- ". And this is how I know I've dropped the problem and moved into my new state.

      So, if I were to paraphrase, you prime the pump of your end-state scenario target by mining daydreaming for visual cues of what you would look and feel like after getting what you want, capture the essence of these by jotting down affirmations that describe, reflect, and evoke the same feelings upon repetition (but now faster and on the spot, and that can be done in the background as you do other tasks without requiring you to be fully in the altered state of daydreaming that is not ideal in situations that presently demand more of your active focus), and you shift your perspective so much that it naturally becomes a complete revision process all on its own. As a result, the original problem is no longer fixated in your awareness
      Nice, thank you for sharing that insight. Upon some reflection, it's literally what many coaches tell us to do, but you highlighted an example of how you personally fused different approaches and developed your own replacement behavior procedure to avoid hyperfixation-on-problem spirals. In this way, you also change your focus instead to envisioning yourself having already received what you wanted and feeling it to be palpably true already.
      It all seems like your version requires some practice to get fully familiar with it, but it also showcases that personal experimentation and persistence are needed to get lasting progress.

Or forcing myself to do all the meditations or mindset work when I felt resistance towards it.     I just want to say that his channel makes so much sense. Dylan addresses the fact that *if you are in a state of already having your desire, then techniques are futile*. Back then, I had a really huge problem bc so many people were saying "act as if" then I'm here thinking well if I acted as if, then i wouldn't be scripting, or doing this and that and so on.
    Everything here is the foundation and it just fits so perfectly with everything that I've been told and Dylan gives such good explanations. SO thankful omg

      I found that too, I’d be in a ball with anxiety, I was doing all the techniques it was taking up so much time and getting me very down, Dylan skips all the crap and talks logic, so glad I found him 10 days ago and now I feel free, I’m still wobbling but the anxiety is going because I feel ok now and know I don’t have to be jumping through hoops to get what I want.

    this video gave me a big revelation. if i keep thinking about my SP and circumstances, nothing will change at alll, even if i flip negative to positive thoughts, still nothing will change, hence why the heck am i even thinking about it at all?! simply drop it each time it appears and focus on myself because no matter what i think, nothing is going to change right there at that very moment! and it is definitely my trauma based response wanting me to pull me back into thinking about it, but no, the affirmations night time are working, slowly but surely and hence i am able to call out this behaviour, the sub-conscious mind is a powerful thing and so is dylan's work! thank you!!

    I was about to go paint my daughter's room and I literally said out loud 'I would give anything to listen to a new Dylan video!' and then put my ear buds in and opened UA-cam and there you were! So good. I have been doing a lot of great work and shifting this 'work' into more 'being' 'knowing' and 'aligning,' meaning it's finally feeling a lot less like 'work' and more like who I am and it is great!!     Every single video I've watched you touch on issues that no other coach has ever identified for me. The whole regressing when things go well. AND to not think I have a block when things haven't happened yet. Have been trying to obsessively find out what my blocks are when things don't manifest. Tapping also helps get me out of the funk. After the tapping I do a self concept meditation. But I love the idea of planning the day and not "waiting"... Love you Dylan

    Yes you are right, anxious attachment is so torturous 🥺💔 I thought this would be easy but letting go is the hardest thing to do. Your videos are like pep talks everyday for me and they are really helping me, thank you.     i love that even though we manifest and get what we are we are connected as we were before manifesting i feel like for me i started fearing when i got obssessed thinking its me creating but the obsessing itself was a shit state of being i needed a balance of letting go, i felt like suffocating and disassocating

    My SP and I broke up in March then in may we reunited but he said he doesn’t want relationship with anyone as his mother passed away at the same time I m hospitalised for one month! Until mid June I found your channel and start to use the sleep soundtrack and things start shifting so fast !!!!

    I really have to thank you for all your work. I listen one day on your limitless tape and so many affirmation come true. I apologize my sp and she apologized. She is not over me and love me also. I said to a mutual friend that I am want to clearing up things to come over. And he said that to her so she thinks that. I am not sure if I want a relationship with her again. Maybe I want first make myself a priorty and care for myself. I feel so light and free after I apologize. I even dont care that I initate contact, because she also apologize and we speak normal as 5 weeks without speaking to each other dont matter. Like I dont know if I even want her or someone know. I am so happy with myself. And I can see with light and joy about my sp and my last relationship. I am so happy and grateful thank you dylan.

    I am in the end state I no longer think of the circumstances and the old story but when I do think of my sp is it okay to imagine them in a loving way? Like I can’t wait for all the fun things we will do together and the conversations we will have! I want to also mention I’m not obsessively thinking about him but if it does pop into my head then I find by thinking of them in a positive way and letting it go by knowing it’s done has helped me a lot. So I’m not here thinking of the past I’m thinking of the future we will have and btw with your tapes it has taken my sp off the pedestal and I now know I am worthy of a special kind of love from any person I date not just him :)

      Hello. You can think about them as much as you want if it's in a positive way. Dylan only warns us against thinking of them if its negative because if you do, you will create more of that negative stuff.

      @@kyliewengler106 it doesn't matter if you day it or not. The main thing is to think and say stuff that feels good to you. Get into a state of assuming that it's inevitable that you and him will be together. Holding the end state of wish fulfilled is the main thing.

    It is humanly IMPOSSIBLE to NOT notice your desire is not here. I mean we are ALL human and we don’t walk around delusional. We cannot fool our subconscious. So how do we NOT notice the obvious..which is our desire is NOT here?
    Using my self as an example, every single time I think of my SP or being back in my home I gave up 2 years ago, I think of her reaching out to me, how she shows up for me now, how reciprocal, intentional and loving she is. Never one single bad thot or “she’s not here! Argh!” It’s just a simple thot such as, “Ok maybe today is the day” .. then I move on. And the house.. I see my self there, living my life, cooking, doing yard work etc. but I’m not “WTF is it!?” I just simply notice it’s not here and move on. My point is this: is is impossible for me to NOT notice it’s not in my 3D. Can anyone speak to this so I understand please?

I watch and listen to you daily most of the time for a few weeks now and I am now noticing that if I put on your videos while I am noticing lack I can feel my vibration elevate even if just slightly within a minute or 2 of the video starting-I think this is because I KNOW you have helped me so much already that I trust I will elevate from my lower state if I truly listen and follow your advice, and so I just begin to subconsciously do it! Way to be a positive trigger !! I know this video is older, I really hope this reaches you. You do SOOO much good for so many people obviously and I am so glad that you are maintaining you higher states as both a fellow person and also because omg you so deserve it.
    Not a huge shift with my SP yet, but noticing a little sometimes, HUGE shift in myself though :) I have manifested a few things, and a couple almost instantly almost as soon as I said I wanted it. Some of those have involved things I would like in more abundance with my SP, but I also had it happen with money once, and some family interests. Merry Christmas :)

    We are in lockdown atm, everytime we end up in lockdown again I struggle with "moving on with my day"..... my mind overthinks at the best of times, for some reason lockdown makes it even worse 😞

    that anxious, losing control feeling is amplified the more I listened to the 8hr meditation. I feel stable and BAM huge wobble and I am confused as to why. Thank you!

      u guys keep doing them. I feel more confident. when thoughts of the sp come up I just move to a different subject.
