I bought a Kioti DK 55 10 with a backhoe attachment four years ago, put 1300 hours on it and I worked it as hard as I used to work my old (1984) industrial JD 310 backhoe loader. A much smaller but incredibly capable machine. Also I have the removal and installation of the backhoe down to under 5 minutes so I am using the bush hog, landscape rake, box blade, post hole driller, cultivator and rear snowblower without avoiding them because of the backhoe.
I have had my Kioti DK5310SE for almost a year now and have had no problems. The dealer is definitely a make or break thing you have to consider. My dealer is great, the tractor came with industrial tires and I wanted the R14 tires. He let me use the tractor while we waited for the tires to come in and he just swapped them out. I love the R14 tires, I have not slipped in them while pushing snow and I have been pushing huge piles of snow! The tractor has also carried huge chunks of trees that the loggers left, I am very impressed with the Kioti tractor. You won’t be complaining if you buy one!
I'm on my 3rd Kioti, had ck3510, "the little tractor that could" I called it, ran 60" tiller, brush hog, box blade, two bottom plow, 72" finish mower, post hole digger, 78" front plow, 72" grapple, etc. NEVER had ANY issues, LOVED that tractor! My needs changed a bit last year and I traded for an NX4510 and I am just as happy with this tractor now- everything my 3510 did this tractor does better! A good dealer can absolutely make your experience infinitely better as well! I'm a loyal Kioti tractor customer for life, can't go wrong, IMHO
That is awesome to hear, and I agree 100 percent on the dealer they can make or break your experience. Thanks for watching. Hope you hit that subscribe button and rang the bell.
I bought a 2014 Kioti cs 2410 from my son. He needed a larger tractor. He was not happy with the single cylinder on the bucket dump. It pulled the piston out of the off the shaft because as we later found out the bucket dump let it go travel to far, it also cracked the cross bar that the cylinder is mounted to them later busted into. I had to sandwich it between two angle iron 1/2 inch Steele angels and ran bolts though them. Yes I tried to weld it but it just melted Yes I even preheated it but still. I run the tractor hard diving and moving heavy things. I know it's been a life saver for this old man.
I have a ck2610 with the backhoe ,I've had it about 1 1/2 years I have 660 hrs on it. The only problem I've had is breaking the pins on the backhoe. The dealer has told me that they are designed to be the weak point rather than damaging the backhoe itself. I would buy another one in a heartbeat if I had to, tough machine
We got a NX4510HST from STEC in 2021. Bought it from Jay. STEC service department has been awesome! They have also been great steering us to the right attachments. Fantastic all-around dealer, great product at the best price. We have a 18 acre homestead. FWIW, it's very rare for me to post a positive review.
I had a DK35 se for sixteen years open station shuttle with loader and backhoe never had an issue with it. Recently traded for a DK5320 se hydro with a cab since most of my tractor work now that I am retired is snow removal so the cab made sense at this time. If you have a good dealer with great service department don't hesitate too get the Kioti it will serve you well.
Jay is awesome! I bought my CX2510 Hst Cab tractor from STEC back in November 2022. By far, they have the best pricing and customer service as compared to other brands. Enjoyed the video.
The belly of the Kubota BX2680 is wide open just like our new Kioti CS2520... Very similar machines and for $2200 more you get armrests on the BX2680....
I bought my CK4010se from Jay at STEC equipment a year ago this month. Everyone there is top notch. Customer service is definitely is their priority. Heck when I go up to Anderson I seem to always go there just to say hello and to pick Jay’s brain being this is my first tractor. Also, I went there a couple of months ago thinking I needed a bigger tractor. Jay sat me down and told me and I quote “ I’ll sell you a bigger tractor but your tractor will do everything you need just take smaller bites” if that isn’t customer service then I’m confused.
My Kioti is a subcompact and it's performed beyond my expectations for the most part. Sounds like you have a great dealer, to me that's a HUGE part of buying a tractor, having a good dealer you can count on. In my experience parts are hard to get, at least at my dealer they are. Service at my dealer was not the best either. Like I said, been happy with the tractor, not so much the dealer. Best of luck on your decision!
I have a Kioti ck3510se I had to go up Tennessee to buy my tractor because none of the dealers around me had the one I wanted and weren't getting any anytime soon but that was two years ago I love the tractor Works real well haven't had no problems with it. I installed a third function kit on it and the dealer in Marianna Florida wanted to charge me $100 for gallon of Kioti hydraulic oil I found out from the dealer I bought from it was only $20 a gallon so I left the dealer in Marianna Florida a bad review I won't ever use them I've got a couple of dealers around me that I could use if I ever need them other than that the tractor is awesome it does better than I expected
Been looking at tractors and im leaning heavily toward Kioti. Deciding between a DK4210SE HST Cab or CK3520SE HST Cab. I have 16 acres but about 11 of it is wooded. Thinking the slightly smaller size might be good for in the woods. A little worried if its to much weight for the lawn but need enough weight and power to clear a long hilly driveway if it snows.
I’ve had Kioti tractor’s for 8 years now , I keep up on the servicing and never had any problems. My first one I had for 6 years and then I upgraded to a cab tractor. They really are ahead of the pack 👍
Do you like the cab? I just bought a 2510, but decided against the cab. It's cold more than it's hot where I am, so I figured for less money I can put a soft cab on it when I want heat and to stay out of the elements, and then run it open top any other time I want for better situational awareness. Since you ran both, what do you think you like the best?.
Hi guys, I would like to replace my little Kubota B2410 with a newer Kioti, I use it in our family vineyards, what is the most powerful once with a cab that does not exceed the width of 50 inches? Rhank you.
Be careful with the backhoe, I've seen two that had the casting fail at the hoe attachment points. Almost impossible to fix the housing after the holes broke out.
My backhoe is not attached to any casting, it has its own framework that attaches to brackets on the tractor. I've heard that the backhoes that attach to the 3pt hitch will break your tractor in half
Funny I stumbled on this video trying to research Kioti right now. Currently holding a price quote from Jay at STEC on a CS2220. Of all the phone calls I've made to different dealers he's the only one that asked about how I planned to use it.
I don't have much cash flow and been watching a CK model but not sure if I should attempt buying a bigger tractor. These tractor seemed cheaper in price then the DK4210HST I saw last year. I also wanted a tractor that could fit on a 14 or 16 ft dump trailer. Cool video, you did more explaining than my Kubota, Kioti and Mahindra dealers put together.
Thanks for saying that, and for watching. I hope this video helped you with your decision. We also did reviews on other tractors. To the best of our ability anyway. There is a playlist if you want to watch them.
I’ve had a CK3510 and upgraded to the DK5310. The Ck is a rough ride because of the smaller frame. The DK is like riding in a Cadillac. Both great tractors but the Ck was rough on my back.
We went to a second, larger dealer and a package was put together: Tractor(cab), loader, brush hog, box blade and bale spear. Really worked hard to make this work out for us. Dropped the idea of the CK3520 for the CK2520 instead. We have to crunch the numbers again. The LS Tractor we test drove was a 35hp with a cab/loader, lift is 2,185 lbs. We would get a brush hog and a box blade with it too. I really want to know more about the LS. There’s not much to draw from. People have said the LS is just below the top 3 of JD, Kubota and Kioti.
Looks like you guys were impressed with this one. We looked at a used JD tractor at STEC before we bought our Kubota. They were nice. The location of the fuel tank would be a concern from a damage perspective. Yes it’s avoidable, but if you’re trying to use it in an uneven area with stumps or rocks it could be an issue. The 3pt adjuster on our Kubota is numbered. It also has a tilt wheel. Appreciating these videos.
@Big Bear Homestead It did not want to start. The glow plugs did not get hot enough. I'm still waiting to get my tractor back, and it's been over two weeks, and we have winter weather moving in!
I think you just found the tractor you wanted and so desperately needed. Love it but I have a huge fear of tractors, as you know my dad was killed on one, but to be fair, the one he was on was really, really old ,did not have a roll over bar, it was a 60's model and it was huge. Yup love the gas tank. So how long and which girl do you think will take control of that beauty. Just Saying Marine
You mentioned the stupid anti spill epa crappy spouts on new fuel cans. The first thing I do when I buy a new can is take of the stupid spout and throw it as far as I can in the woods and use a cap and a funnel Problem solved!!
I've got a dealer near me in NH, but my wife wants a compact machine that she can operate too, and can get in tight spaces. I was looking at closer to 50 hp to get up our steep hills on our homestead, but do I really need it? Price is prohibitive, too.
CK3510SE...absolutely the most horrible buying experience I have ever had. To many things to list that broke, went wrong from the day they delivering it but worst yet was how horrible I was treated by Manchester Motors in Manchester Maine and their Topham Maine location. I must say the price and feature rich drew me in but there's a reason. Now 216 hours, powedcoat is peeling in many areas, fasteners and pins corroding, lacking power. I owned a JD 790 years ago and it was twice the tractor this Kioti is. In the first 100 hours and first year, delivered with three large dents in the rear fender which they did not replace, linked pedal did not work..they took it back twice before they fixed it, ROP Pins would not engage, grapple hoses routed so they were dragging on the ground unprotected, kept stalling and ending up having to repalce the entire seat base...their first attempt to stop it from stalling was to disconnect the seat safety switch and return the tractor to me, total disregard for my safety, a couple months laters tossing error codes and wouldn't start, took them 3 months to figure it out, the first year they had my tractor at their shop more than I had it. Brush hog was delivered without a safety chain (I asked about it and they said they couldnt find one to send with it), Multiple hyd hoses leaking, they didn't seat the tires correctly and both rear tires came off the rim and rimguard ran all ove rmy lawn and garage floor, gray paint peeling off the link arms, very cheep low quality company. I have garaged this piece of junk 100% of the time when not used and when the paint is pealing it's obvious they cheap out on processes. Save a few more dollars and get a tractor for a long standing company who stands hehind their product, JD or Kubota for example. All that said, the good dealership may have made it bearable.
I would care to bet that if you had a good dealership, you would not have experienced any of these issues that you stated. Imo the group at my dealership Stec would have never let that tractor off the lot. Sorry you had this experience, and thanks for sharing. Your example proves how important a good dealership really is when it comes to buying a tractor Thanks for watching and we hope you hit that subscribe button.
Here's a classic example that warranty doesn't mean it fixes itself! That why it important to check out the shop areas and even chat with a shop tech but pay attention to how that business is run! If they care about the shop (neat, clean, and organize) so will be your equipment from that dealership, there is a lot has to done when your equipment arrived new in a shipping crate that can make or break your experience with your equipment! I'm a retired shop tech myself the guys at Anderson kioti dealership got it right and will stand behind their work, the shop shows! Thanks Nate
I may be parcel, because I own one. Buy do you have a massey ferguson dealer near by. Mine is 13 years old and it has had a very hard life, with no problems. Mine is a 1533 witch isn't made now buy I think replaced with 17 hundred series. Was born and raised on farm and ran a lot of tractors up to 265 hp. My tractor is thirty three hp this thing is amazing.it has farmed cleared wood lots to get wood for my saw mill. The work is has done is unbelievable. It might be worth checking them out.
You are not the first person to mention that tractor, unfortunately we don't have a dealer anywhere near us. Thanks for watching and sharing your experience with your tractor.
So sounds like you’re getting a Kioti lol. I haven’t heard much about them. But some people put them in the same category as the new Mahindras. But sounds like maybe not so much.
Got our CS2520 4 days ago and was thrilled until I got down and looked underneath to find out where the pieces of plastic fan blades came from... And the hydraulic filter is very low and unprotected....
Don't be pushing piles of brush or limbs .... Evidently the parts underneath are easily damaged and Kioti doesn't offer any skid plates or belly pan....😮😮😮😢😢
That sounds more like a bad dealer than kioti, we have had some things break and they fix it under warranty. We have not had any issues. So I am thinking that unfortunately you have a bad dealer.
An LS Tractor was one we looked at yesterday. Been trying to find reviews that would indicate whether or not we should even consider that brand. In the end we crunched the numbers and it turns out we would be spending 4K more for the LS over the finance term vs Kioti! Plus walk away with only 2 implements! We’re passing on the LS because of that.
Bear, Just bought 20 acres , 5 open and the rest wooded. Im looking at tractors and am considering Yanmar and Kioti. The only problem is the dealers are at least 70 miles from me. I can save about 8 grand on a 35-39hp tractor by not buying kubota, but Kubota dealer is in town. Any suggestions would be appreciated as I am at the beginning stage of “homesteading”. Should I get a kioti or yanmar despite the distance?
Maybe check to see if the kubota dealer has a shop to service Kioti. Our dealer services all makes and models. Maybe you will get lucky too! Good luck and thanks for watching!
The NS series offers 45 to 60 horse power with both manual shuttle shift and hydrostatic transmission options. I'm not as familiar with the Kubota tractors, so hopefully that info will help you compare. Thanks for watching!
DO NOT BUY ANY KUBOTA PRODUCT I BOUGHT A NEW KUBOTA LX 4020 TRACTOR TO USE FOR A SNOW REMOVAL BUSINESS IN BRIAN HEAD, UT. I HAD TO PURCHASE FROM A DEALERSHIP IN COLORADO AS IT WAS THE ONLY KUBOTA DEALERSHIP WITHIN A 1000 MILE SEARCH TO HAVE THE TRACTOR I NEEDED FOR THE PURPOSE INTENDED. The Dealership, Wickham Tractor in Fort Collins, CO sold me the tractor and added Howes diesel treatment to the tank as well as selling me the remainder of the bottle to use to prevent the fuel from jelling. I Used as per specs. Tractor was purchased on 11/21/23 and I picked it up and transported it back to UT. Tractor was in operation for 17.2 hours before it would not start. Local Kubota dealerships said they would not come out to try to fix it as we did not buy it from them. Took it to Las Vegas, NV, as they were closest Kubota dealership, dropped off on 1/8/24 at 730 am. Kubota dealership said the fuel smelled funny so it wasn't covered under warranty and said $12000.00 plus to fix. The DPF was completely clogged and the only codes were low temp MAF sensor and no communication with EGR. Western area rep said there was no fuel to test because I drained it. This is a Lie. Had more than 6 gallons of fuel in it when i dropped it off. I have all the emails and correspondences and text messages, proving they denied coverage for adding a fuel additive. Sergio at Kubota customer service said, “When I put fuel in the tractor it voided warranty.” Apco, the Kubota dealership in Las Vegas, sent out the injectors for testing they came back as bad due to fuel contamination on 1/23/24. Kubota persisted in their point of me putting bad fuel in the Tractor. When I called the tester, I pressed about the fuel contamination. The person who did the test, said it was visible metal in the injectors that most likely came from the high pressure fuel pump. There was no metal in the fuel tank, fuel filter or fuel water separator. The dealership i bought the tractor from said they were the only ones that could help me at this point due to Kubota policy. Eddie at Wickham tractor told me I needed to bring the tractor back to them, 1367 miles round trip. and they would sell me a new one because I had broken this one. And would see about trying to fix the one I had already bought for a discount. I transported the tractor back to Greely, CO to Wickham on 1/18/24 they tested the fuel that was still in the filters and it came back as fine 2/8/24 so they were going to replace the entire engine. This could take between 3 to 9 months. My warranty coverage says all warranty work to be completed within 30 days. On 2/28/24 I found out there was internal Kubota Service Bulletin that came out to all the dealers the week before I bought the tractor stating the very problems my tractor was having. They knew this, and still denied coverage, and finally, when I presented this fraud to Kubota, on 3/7/24 Wickham tractor said they were going to replace the tractor with a new one, but wouldn't give me a timeline of when I would get a new one and I would have the expense of picking it up from them verses a local dealership. These delays have cost me my business and reputation to move snow I had to pay out my competitors and cancel and refund all my contracts. A service bulletin for this tractor was issued before I bought it stating this very problem. and it was to be fixed at Kubotas expense. They knew the problem existed, they tried to blame it on me for adding fuel supplement, they tried to coerce me into buying a new tractor on top of the broken one so i didn't lose my business. they refused to cover the cost of repair until i proved their fraud, and intent by pushing the narrative and then changing and deleting emails. I have all emails and correspondence showing the timeline, the fraud and intent.
Wow, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. That sounds like a nightmare and definitely a reason to be wary of that brand. Hearing your story makes me glad that we went with Kioti

I just bought a 5320 Kioti and it is a great tractor. My dealer is top notch. George in Montana

@@bigbearhomestead I’ll try to remember to look next time I’m on it

What was the name of the dealer that you bought your tractor from and the location
I had one for 5 yrs with zero issues. I sold it to get a bigger tractor but the dealer had closed down that was close by.
That stinks, do you think another dealer will open close to you?
We got a NX4510HST from STEC in 2021. Bought it from Jay. STEC service department has been awesome! They have also been great steering us to the right attachments. Two kioti's and biggest complaint is parts and OEM upgrades availability on even current models (NX5510) I hope it's just COVID supply chain issues.
Thanks for that information, that is definitely something for me to keep in mind.

The fuel tank is protected by a metal plate under it. The kubotas that we looked at didn't have the numbers. Thanks for watching these videos
I just bought a brand new 2022 sc2220 two months ago and spent the last seven weeks at the shop broken.
Kioti? Where are you located?
@@bigbearhomestead Kioti CS2220 North Dakota
What all was broken on your tractor?
@Big Bear Homestead
It did not want to start.
Lol well if we get this tractor, it.might be all three. They all need to learn how to use it anyway... lol
Have a CK 20 series , love it , no issues so far
Awesome.
You mentioned the stupid anti spill epa crappy spouts on new fuel cans. The first thing I do when I buy a new can is take of the stupid spout and throw it as far as I can in the woods and use a cap and a funnel Problem solved!!
Lol thanks for watching and for the wonderful idea on how to fix that problem.
Thank you for this. I am trying to talk my husband into buying me a tractor. I didn't even think about Kioti. I will be checking them out in my area.
Awesome and Stec told us that you could get from them and they can have it shipped to you. If you can't find one up in your area. Thanks for watching
@@bigbearhomestead It looks like there is one in the town where we do a lot of our shopping. We will be checking them out.
I've got a dealer near me in NH, but my wife wants a compact machine that she can operate too, and can get in tight spaces. I was looking at closer to 50 hp to get up our steep hills on our homestead, but do I really need it? Price is prohibitive, too.
This question has inspired a video idea thanks and be looking for your answer real soon
Guess I'll have to subsc then 😆 👍Simple, well organized video. Thanks.
We will see lol
Love my little CS2520 subcompac.
That's awesome. How long have you had it?
Got our CS2520 4 days ago and was thrilled until I got down and looked underneath to find out where the pieces of plastic fan blades came from... And the hydraulic filter is very low and unprotected....
Don't be pushing piles of brush or limbs .... Evidently the parts underneath are easily damaged and Kioti doesn't offer any skid plates or belly pan....😮😮😮😢😢
I'm in the market currently. Your video is very helpful.
Great to hear!, thanks for watching.
Same here
Kioti tricked us into thinking that we had a warranty until we had a hydraulic issue. Now it’s sorry but warranty doesn’t cover anything
That sounds more like a bad dealer than kioti, we have had some things break and they fix it under warranty. We have not had any issues. So I am thinking that unfortunately you have a bad dealer.
I have a Kioti RX7320 power shuttle cab with creeper gear and backhoe that has been amazing. I am very happy with it.
Awesome thanks for the feed back. Thanks for watching
Did you consider a RX66 before buying the RX73? How do you like the power shuttle transmission? I’m torn between the two. Tim in northern TN
Thats a nice rig.
Yes it is, I really enjoyed test driving it.
Check on insurance for the JUST IN CASE I'm hurt or sick can't make the payment or stolen (BIG DEAL) can be a game changer.
That's true and that's one thing they did mention to us we just forgot to add it in the video.
Do you have an LS Tractor review?
For kioti?
An LS Tractor was one we looked at yesterday. Been trying to find reviews that would indicate whether or not we should even consider that brand.
In the end we crunched the numbers and it turns out we would be spending 4K more for the LS over the finance term vs Kioti! Plus walk away with only 2 implements!
We’re passing on the LS because of that.
Bear,
Just bought 20 acres , 5 open and the rest wooded.
We love our Kioti , no issues at all … I still think you need to add a few implements 😂 a trailer and I think you really need a cab .
Lol
What is the customer discount? I’m seeing 9-10 thousand on those quotes.
The quotes we gave in the video were current at that time, there was no discounts in the quotes.
Thanks for the video
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching
Is the NS series similar to the MX series Kubota?
The NS series offers 45 to 60 horse power with both manual shuttle shift and hydrostatic transmission options. I'm not as familiar with the Kubota tractors, so hopefully that info will help you compare. Thanks for watching!
I looking at a kioti ls or mahindra I looking for a tractor with a cab and air around 50 hp
I would steer clear of the mahindra. In our experience there were a lot of issues with the tractor.
I love my Kioti 👍👍
Nice Thanks for watching
Yarnma had 10 years warranty
Key word had?...
Great video!
Thanks!, hope you hit the subscribe button. Thanks for watching
@@bigbearhomestead Yes and we are heading the Kioti dealer this morning!
Awesome did you get one?
@@bigbearhomestead it wasn’t for me but we ended up getting a 2020 Kubota L4060 TLB. Could not pass it up.
Great Review Sir ty 😊 🙏👴🐕🚜🤠🕺🏆
Thank you kindly
I know zero about that brand. However, I kinda like what I’m hearing.
I know right.. they just made making our choice a lot harder.
Buy the Kubota , ya get what ya pay for! Kind of like 4 wheelers you can buy a Yamaha or ya can buy a CFmoto!
Well so far the kioti, is out preforming any kubota we have used, plus our dealer is awesome. Thanks for watching.
Holy crap that’s the dealership I’m going to this week to take a look at these tractors! Small world huh.
Tell them we sent you.lol
Nice
Thanks
Not sure it's a good idea to put gas in that tractor.....😂🤣
There is always one in a crowd thanks for watching
Absolutely not!!
Not what?
@@bigbearhomestead buy that tractor
DO NOT BUY ANY KUBOTA PRODUCT
I BOUGHT A NEW KUBOTA LX 4020 TRACTOR TO USE FOR A SNOW REMOVAL BUSINESS
IN BRIAN HEAD, UT. I HAD TO PURCHASE FROM A DEALERSHIP IN COLORADO AS IT WAS
THE ONLY KUBOTA DEALERSHIP WITHIN A 1000 MILE SEARCH TO HAVE THE TRACTOR I
NEEDED FOR THE PURPOSE INTENDED. The Dealership, Wickham Tractor in Fort Collins, CO
sold me the tractor and added Howes diesel treatment to the tank as well as selling me the
remainder of the bottle to use to prevent the fuel from jelling. I Used as per specs. Tractor was
purchased on 11/21/23 and I picked it up and transported it back to UT. Tractor was in
operation for 17.2 hours before it would not start. Local Kubota dealerships said they would
not come out to try to fix it as we did not buy it from them. Took it to Las Vegas, NV, as they
were closest Kubota dealership, dropped off on 1/8/24 at 730 am. Kubota dealership said the
fuel smelled funny so it wasn't covered under warranty and said $12000.00 plus to fix. The DPF
was completely clogged and the only codes were low temp MAF sensor and no
communication with EGR. Western area rep said there was no fuel to test because I drained it.
This is a Lie. Had more than 6 gallons of fuel in it when i dropped it off. I have all the emails and
correspondences and text messages, proving they denied coverage for adding a fuel additive.
Sergio at Kubota customer service said, “When I put fuel in the tractor it voided warranty.”
Apco, the Kubota dealership in Las Vegas, sent out the injectors for testing they came back as
bad due to fuel contamination on 1/23/24. Kubota persisted in their point of me putting bad
fuel in the Tractor. When I called the tester, I pressed about the fuel contamination. The person
who did the test, said it was visible metal in the injectors that most likely came from the high
pressure fuel pump. There was no metal in the fuel tank, fuel filter or fuel water separator. The
dealership i bought the tractor from said they were the only ones that could help me at this
point due to Kubota policy. Eddie at Wickham tractor told me I needed to bring the tractor
back to them, 1367 miles round trip. and they would sell me a new one because I had broken
this one. And would see about trying to fix the one I had already bought for a discount. I
transported the tractor back to Greely, CO to Wickham on 1/18/24 they tested the fuel that was
still in the filters and it came back as fine 2/8/24 so they were going to replace the entire
engine. This could take between 3 to 9 months. My warranty coverage says all warranty work
to be completed within 30 days. On 2/28/24 I found out there was internal Kubota Service
Bulletin that came out to all the dealers the week before I bought the tractor stating the very
problems my tractor was having. They knew this, and still denied coverage, and finally, when I
presented this fraud to Kubota, on 3/7/24 Wickham tractor said they were going to replace the
tractor with a new one, but wouldn't give me a timeline of when I would get a new one and I
would have the expense of picking it up from them verses a local dealership. These delays
have cost me my business and reputation to move snow I had to pay out my competitors and
cancel and refund all my contracts. A service bulletin for this tractor was issued before I
bought it stating this very problem. and it was to be fixed at Kubotas expense. They knew the
problem existed, they tried to blame it on me for adding fuel supplement, they tried to coerce
me into buying a new tractor on top of the broken one so i didn't lose my business. they
refused to cover the cost of repair until i proved their fraud, and intent by pushing the narrative
and then changing and deleting emails. I have all emails and correspondence showing the
timeline, the fraud and intent.
Wow, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. That sounds like a nightmare and definitely a reason to be wary of that brand. Hearing your story makes me glad that we went with Kioti
