The process of making decorative half round profiles

In this video I’ll make a bunch of half round profiles from spruce using a router table and a table saw.
Normally I’d try to avoid repetitive work but this was actually almost therapeutic.

Neat, i usually just cut strips, use double sided tape (i found a pretty cheap carpet type tape that's really bad at gluing carpet, but excellent for wood projects) to stick them together and then proceed to round them with my drill in the dowel maker.

It feels weird leaving the table saw on the whole time, I would have turned that thing off and on again 20 times 😂

Especially those heavier production machines don't like beeing switched on and off that often. They are often left running for the entire shift. But you definitely would not want to do that to hobby equipment. :D

It never occurred to me to climb mill on the router table. Or to make a sliding table jig like that for the table saw. Thanks for sharing!
