I’m making one of this with cotton yarn I had, so I had to wing it on the number of stitches, using my own head as a guide (I had to unravel it once haha!). So if you’re making it like this, don’t give up! I’m working on the brim right now and it looks really pretty. Thank you for the tutorial!
I used sugar n cream cotton yard double stranded and it worked up nicely. I will note though that I didn’t need to add the 16th cluster for adult size or use all 9 rounds on the brim. I stopped at 7 and it was good. Very cute pattern! I will definitely be making more!
I’ve just used this yarn so this was helpful. I did up to the 15 cluster row, missed the 16 cluster row and also missed one more row in the main body of the hat and 7 rows on the brim 👍 it fits perfectly and I like that the brim is stiffer
Great Pattern. so easy to follow. Mine came out perfect the first time. I used Yarn Bee Fundamental cotton and love the way the hat holds its shape. my brim curled up and also looks great as a bowler style 💖
Thank you for this tutorial! I finished the hat and got so many compliments. I used the yarn you recommended. its so soft. I see why you used two strands and it didn't make the hat heavy.
This looks awesome! I was originally going to make a bucket hat from a different pattern, and it had two different colors of yarn put together, but unfortunately my yarn was all wrong for that pattern! I do like this a lot, and I purchased your pattern. I'm hoping maybe I can do the color changes like the first pattern I wanted to make, which will make a neat variegated effect. (I hope!) We'll see, I guess, as I get going?! Thanks again!
❤️❤️❤️ I’ve been looking for a crochet bucket hat pattern and I love this one. I will definitely be making one for myself. Thank you for this great tutorial! 🤗
I love to watch you crochet 🧶 it’s art ❤️❤️❤️ and I wish I could make some of your clothes but I’m just not good enough to even try! Maybe one day I will try ❤
I’m making the adult hat right now. Before you start the rim in your video, you said to make it bigger you can add a cluster. Where would that cluster be added?
Instead of slip stitches I chain up 4 as my chain 3 plus chain one and when I come back around I add 2 more chain 3s into the space then slip stitch at the top of the chain but going into the 3dr chain not the 4th does this make since? I works up well I think just curious if it will matter?
Why slip stitch across the first cluster of each row? Does it mess up the pattern if you simply turn the work and start working in the reverse direction?
I'm using Premier Just Yarn Value brand, two strands it's working well. And also a chunky 5 would probably be great, if you choose cotton there is a tutorial by JaydaInStitches she makes a similar style bucket, and maybe you can use that for assistance with this pattern.

Mine came out so good! Next one will do a continuous rim.
Thank you ❤

How many balls did you need please
How many skims of sugar cream yarn you need?

Beautiful had ❤,,, greetings from Indonesia ❤
It’s hat. Bukan “had”😁.
I'm making one for my 4 months daughter, I used a thin yarn, so I increased to 16 clusters, also add one more row to make it 9 instead of 8.
This is a beautiful hat pattern. 👒
Beautiful. Thank's.😘
Very nice...thank you ❤
So cute , love the I cord ⚘🍃
Finally I been wanting to see this from the first pic.😊

Thank you so much!!
Beautiful design! Thank you!
Very cute thank you
⚘🍃
Beautiful work as always
If you did not want to double over yarn can you use a super bulky yarn instead? Also do you use cotton as it will hold its shape better than wool?
This looks really good. Worsted weight is Double Knit English I think but this looks like cotton? Can anyone enlighten me thanks.
Very❤nice❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
WOOOOOHOOOOO have been waiting for this!!!!!! ❤
I really like those!
I LOVE THIS!!!
Beautiful thank you so much. ❤it

Very nice! I cannot find the smaller sizes for 8 year-old, 4 year-old and 3 year-old. I cannot see it “below”. Thank you!
Why slip st to your ch1 space, why not just turn your work? Cute hat 😊
You can do that if you prefer 😊
Love the pattern and the tutorial. I have made 2 hats. Can you send me the link for the tags? I would so appreciate it.
Etsy sells them search (handmade tags)
Its so beautiful! What's the total yardage used to complete this project?
Lovely 😊
Thanks for this pattern. I've made two- Adult Hats. You mentioned a Baby Hat. If I purchase the pattern will it have the Baby pattern?
Yes, all sizes are included in the written pattern
Pretty
Would this work in acrylic yarn?
Do you have a child pattern like for a toddler and do you have the written pattern?
If you click ...more in the description you can find all the sizes on her blog. She also has the pattern for purchase on Etsy. ❤
Tendrás tutorial de esta belleza
Nice.
Why slip stitch across the first cluster of each row? Does it mess up the pattern if you simply turn the work and start working in the reverse direction?
Is this doable with acrylic yarn?
İlk olarak Sihirli halkanın içine kaç adet trabzan çekiyorsunuz? 🫶🧿
Q hago para q me de tamaño de adulto por q me quedo pequeño para una niña😢
Been waiting for this!
Can I ask if I can sell these hats, and just reference back to your pattern please ? Thanks
Yes you can sell finished hats ❤
If I didn't want to use 2 strands, what size yarn should I use?
5 or 6 in notes she says super bulky
Seems like the hat would be heavy. Is it?
~ 220m / 100gr
I used 24/7 cotton - 2 strands and it’s really thick hat so I’m going to pull it out and try to make it with just one strand.
I'm using Premier Just Yarn Value brand, two strands it's working well. And also a chunky 5 would probably be great, if you choose cotton there is a tutorial by JaydaInStitches she makes a similar style bucket, and maybe you can use that for assistance with this pattern.
❤❤ bom dia moça lindo demais parabéns
Can you use cotton yarn for this
How do I increase at row 6 if my diameter is not 7 inches?
😍😍😍😍😙😗😙😗😙😙
日本🇯🇵。可愛い❤❤❤
Muy lindo pero más despacio las explicaciones se nos dificulta los que no entendemos ingles
How many yards do you need for this hat
How many rows for a 4 year old hat❤
❤❤❤❤❤
I'm using one strand mine came very big
😍❤️
Why did you double was it limp without doubling it?
Curious too. Seems like doubling will mean the hat will be so hot for summer
Yes, it would be very limp it is a very thin lightweight yarn. Doubling makes the brim sturdy.
It’s really not. The yarn is a very light feeling worsted. It is a cotton blend in an open stitch so it is very breathable.
🙂🙂
Could you double up cotton yarn to make this hat?
Yes, I doubled mine up
I doubled mine up, and still found the brim to be floppy
@@amberwitcombe3973I doubled up lily’s sugar n cream and the brim is stiff 👍
I used a department store brand worsted yarn and had to size my hook down to 5.5 mm hook 22:47
Where do you get the little tag?
👍❤😊
Μπορείτε κ ελληνικούς υπότιτλους❤ ευχαριστώ
Where can I order the tags?
Etsy
Hi cab i use dk yarn one strand only
and i just bought the pattern off Etsy 🤦♀️ I should've searched first here 😢
Hi. Are all of the sizes included in the Etsy purchase?
I always search UA-cam first.
