+RaZoR MKX Seem's quite reasonable if you compare him to Tanya. He could do 40% meterless and she needs 2-3 bars to get that. ;)

can you set up a vortex using his ex spear?

+The Professional Hater yes but since the nerf u have to do a j2 after a spear and delay an overhead or low for it to work.
