When has it been S tier The lower tiers have stayed as pretty good for a while now (and they were broken at the start) but I don't think megalodon itself has ever been good unless I'm misremembering
@m4rcyonstation93 maybe not s tier but when it used to pull in bads and still had the decent group clear I'd say it's pretty good, especially on bosses when it was bugged lol. It's like b tier on chimps but everywhere else it's very good again now I'd say
They should just make it so that instead of it being rbe based, it just has a health threshold on the instakill. So if a bad has 600k health, and its brought down to 500k, it just preforms the drag or something. Feels like it would make it a lot easier to balance numbers wise too
I also feel like the drag speed should scale with the speed of the thing being dragged in, as it creates weird micro scenarios where you want things to be pulled in as close to the megaladon as possible, especially when its just faster to let the blimp come next to you to drag it in instead of using its full scope of range

6:35 you can place an engineer in the bottom left and it won’t reach the track. The only exception is blimps but even then it can’t hit ddts because it lacks the range to put the soap on the track

I loved it too and then was pretty disappointed when they destroyed it. I hope they just let it one shot any bloon when it’s damaged enough to be below 500,000 hp or something similar so it can scale better

Yes he's talking about the beast handler since the Megaladon doesn't have it's own separate Pop count. On another note the Monkey Sub did actually receive some pops, you can tell by how it's pointed to the left instead of its default position of pointing straight downwards.
Does a 0-5-2 glue storm still apply corrosive? indeed it might but if its doesnt then this could be an easy damage amplifier to add although i guess it wont help that much coz high base damage of the fishy boi
Dude if you watch mackanrules, you know megalodon is absolutely op for late game runs, to say the least, mackan rules did a normal stats elite baloonarious vs max buffed centry paragon, and also did max buffed megalodon, the results are shocking, megalodon did like 50 percent more dps if you consider the tracklenght they defeated the boss on and considering how op centry paragon is considered in lategame runs, it is pretty damn insane to think megalodon can do 30-50% more dps.
I still wish they would just let the meg one hit anything BELOW 250,000 health. This would make its usefulness scale much much better in the late game. Glad it’s no longer useless though, but like cmon nk
They should make it so you can choose the spot the fish drags the bloons to. So you can make it grab a bloon from one spot and drag it to another thats not where the fish originally grabbed it from
