I ordered this red dead redemption 2 zippo lighter from there store. Got my tracking number, a few weeks later it said that the package has been sent back to the sender, so I asked rockstar for a refund and they told me to go through the refund with xsolla so I did, and they said that I am eligible for a refund and I should get it between in the next 10 business days.. this was on the 11th of January, so it has been well over a month and I have yet not received my refund… I have put this up with the back and they’re going to get my money back off them. Never going to buy anything off rockstar again.

None of the files that are in png or jpeg or in any other format cannot be attached in that box , after selecting the files it is showing an error message that error uploading , i have tried several times to upload but i failed to do so . If you know any alternative method then please help me out .
This is the only solution to contact Rockstar Games, and to take a snip of the screen, press Print Screen button and then paste it in the painter. Then, save your image as PNG.
Is there any chance of Rockstar taking the game away and not giving a refund .... I purchased GTA 4 game yesterday and I have played this game only twice and the website states you have to play less than 2 consecutive hours so I haven't played 2 hours consecutively but played twice for 1 hour once yesterday night and once today in the afternoon DO YOU THINK I CAN GET A REFUND??
Yes I think you can ask for a refund. Playing less than two hours will give you a very high chance of getting a refund. Make sure you include your receipt with your ticket

In most cases, you don’t have to redownload the game because there is something called verify game integrity. This will fix all of the problems in the game data and files
