I remember when I lived in Dublin 20 years ago. Sometime I miss Ireland. I'm italian from Florence, and I would like to return over. Thank a million to everyone. Kisses from Florence, Italy. I'm happy seeing Sinead well.

I watch this bit every few months, it reminds me of my first time in Irland at '87, it was great, so many music all around, the country, back then, the people were so poor, but there was music on every corner, mad them all so rich, and my so happy!!!

All the negative comments show there is a lot of jealousy about. Being Irish is special and a privilege. Only in Ireland can you have an impromptu music session in a public street with the local unarmed Police being able to join in and have a bit of fun.Other so called better countrys you would end up with riot police or being shot. Rock on Ireland.....a great place to live.

LIsa Hannigan could sing the phone book and she would still enslave me with that voice! SO AMAZING! I was lucky enough to see her once live and I've never been so moved and floored by a voice live ever. Completely breath taking and moving.
I think its wonderful to have artist join in and help with this kind of simple interaction without any financial gain to themselves just pure want to help those less fortunate. Outstanding!! Also imagine the excitement of those who participate with these iconic artist a dream come true Im sure.

I think Allenwood is pretty onto it. How could there be any negative comments?! I'm not going to even look. I LOVE the opening with Liam singing in Gaelic! Love seeing Sinead smiling and chilled out. The whole event and video is too, too good! Take me back to Ireland, to Grafton Street and The International pub, please! Thank you heaps to Myles and co.!
I'm so blessed today. I'm blessed that I got to see that amazing display of love ..Honestly it brought tears to my eyes. I love music so much and I love U2 and I just love the fact that people can get together and do this !! I long for it in my life ! Wow.

9:12 lisa hannigan. A beautiful song, she did an excellent job. I typically do not like that instrument, ukalale, but she makes it sound good. I looked up Lisa Hannigan O Holy Night, I was unable to find any that sounded as good as this.

Love the way the police organise the crowd around the buskers, singing is very very important in Dublin. Traffic stops on busiest street of Dublin week before Christmas for singing.

If Bono wanted to help the Simon Community, he could write a large silent cheque or even live in Ireland and pay his taxes. He does this for good PR. He's a hypocrite.
