- There are multiple ways in which a PTZ camera work and out of them, 5 are the most common ways in which they work.
In this video, we talk about how these fancy PTZ camera's rotate and move all by itself and what are the commands which control their movement. - Наука та технологія
Tremendous explanation
Nice explanation
Hello i got this camera and i dont understand still how do u set up the ptz
Tq sir good information
Helpful info
thank you
This was fantastic. I just got a PTZ and it truly helped me understand. One question. If say a camera is set to move between areas, say area A and B, and it’s focused on area A but there is motion or intrusion in area B. Will the camera miss the action in area B? I would think if it’s pointing at A it would miss everything in area B. Thanks again
That's a good question, that's the dis-advantage of PTZ camera's. However nowadays we have next-gen PTZ Camera's which display a broad view even when the camera is panning, tilting or zooming. In higher end PTZ camera's, you can also integrate the camera's with Radars and Detectors which can detect a motion or movement and there-by giving instruction to the camera to point the that specific area of movement. Hope this helps.
@@TRINITYCOMPUTERSOLUTIONS it does. Thank you for taking the time to answer.
Hi, I need to increase the tilt angle of my ptz cam, meccanically it is possible : First I move the cam with the app to show the horizon, next, after open the case, I can move manually tha cam over to view more high . After this manouvre the cam is perfectly manouvered by app. The problem is that at the next re-power the cam does a routine to catch the end in tilt and pan movement...and the manual setting go away. There is a method to change by firmware the end of tilt movement ? hope I was clear. Many thanks
You can always set the park position in the PTZ camera settings so that the camera comes back to the same position after it restarts or powers on.
@@TRINITYCOMPUTERSOLUTIONS Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately I think I have explained myself badly. I try again: when my camera is powered it performs a routine where it looks for the limits of mechanical movements. having done this on the vertical movement it allows a movement lower than what it could mechanically do (I think to avoid that by raising the iquadratura too much the lens is obscured by the frame that closes and supports the transparent hemisphere). My intention would be to be able to take advantage of that part of the movement too, but it can only be done if you alter the firmware. You should make sure that the FW allows vertical movement respecting the mechanical limits, avoiding that the useful angle is reduced by the software. Thanks again and I hope you can help me.
Please how can I set the camera to rotating continuously even when it goes off and No can it still be rotating on its own without calling the patrol or pattern?
Based on your camera model, this can be done by looping the pattern in "Park" option of PTZ settings. For any support you can always reach us on info@trinitycomputersolutions.com
👏👏👏👏👏
Get video was wondering how do you program the Auto tracking with the pattern setting. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks
I also want to know that
Appreciate your response, for any support you need, pls reach out to us on support@trinitycomputersolutions.com
Is this possible ? If not ptz are useless
@@theattorney6072 This is definitely possible in a PTZ camera, however the basic models do not support auto tracking, only higher end models support them.
@@TRINITYCOMPUTERSOLUTIONS I have ordered a ptz caméra which has auto tracking. How do you combine auto tracking with pattern ? Thx
i wish my camera could do patrol mode, i have imou cruiser, so i dont believe it does, least not that i can find lol
