How to setup PTZ Patrol on CCTV Cameras

hi this camera having to be connected via cable first,? is an issue, as i have mounted our first camera fifteen feet up our building, powered by extended power supplies, we have a sim card based internet, with wavlink mesh, which is a fair distance away from this camera, so how can i set patrol to the areas i require,? when now i am requiring a 40 meter rj45 cable to program the camera to the router, any ideas ,? or is this the only way i can program patrols,? im assuming ,now i will have to take a long extension lead to power my router and then connect each camera via RJ45 cable,? Ouch!!!
