Thank you!! Your mother would be so glad to know that this tradition is still being consumed. Also, thank the great wife in the background who makes this look so easy!! Good commentary also!
I have no idea how or why I stumbled upon this video but I remember making these sandwiches a few years ago using your recipe. Absolutely incredible. You're a good man Bob
Classic is spot on! Enjoyed your recipe, born & raised in Indy, I love these! Never tried the crackers, going to tonight. Once I checked with Kroger meat dept on their breading for tenderloins, they use Cornflake crumbs sold in the store as well! Not bad but, going to try your recipe, Kudos to your Wife for a Beautiful Batch !!
I had to say, I was originally looking for a video from a Food Network chef, but now they charge per episode for most top shows, but I really respect your passion for cooking (chef or not) there's alotta guys who won't admit it. I really enjoyed your video, I felt like I was watching a sport, like baseball announcers or a radio broadcast, it was a different technique. you really have a voice like a sports caster; I felt like I was watching a ballgame rather than a cooking tutorial. quite interesting, for something basic, you really brought a lot of personally to making this video.
