i mean not every single case, but there's a high percentage chance it would work but only the motor is still working and it was just seized up.@@RBTheMechanic
I used an incandescent 12V tail light bulb which has exposed wires. You can just straighten the wires and jam them in the socket. Cheaper than an LED too.
Can you tell me what year this sequoia is? I have an '05 and everywhere I look my cardone motor would be 47-10042 but nobody had one in stock. Perhaps the 47-1104 could work?
@@ddemier Turns out I didn't need a new motor. One of the window tracks was off as a bracket had rusted out causing everything to seize up. When I tested the motor unattached to the gears, it worked fine. I had to re-attach the window track, grease it and put it back together. now it works fine.
Thank you 🎉
Excellent thank you for a clear straight to the point video!
Yup 👍
Thank you!!
Welcome
Excellent information. Thanks👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hello
If there was power still going to the old motor with the light when you tested it, why did you replace the motor ?
Because it has power but it dosent work
if u take a hammer and tap the motor a couple time, i will unseize the motor and work, there's video of people doing it.@@RBTheMechanic
@@antrinh5525 that can work lol

You got part number for the motor or a link to the one you bought? Need to replace mine.
I think I show the part number in video no link
Will this motor work on a 2005 Sequoia?
Not sure parts guy can prolly give u better answer if it’s interchangeable
Any link to the diode? To test to see if motor is bad?
No sorry I don’t have video on that
noid lights at the auto parts store
Or hook up any basic multimeter connected. Youre just looking for 12VDC
