Wonderful- perfect for my pet to include flax seeds with omega 3 fatty acids in his diet and use filtered unrefined sunflower oil for roasting to incorporate omega 6 fatty acids.
Of course could use flax seeds in chutney powder but that reduces the freshness over long time.
This composition sounds fine with millets and oats for fiber and vitamins and low Glycemic index and probably calcium from Ragi and also some protein from Besan!
I just hope I get the end product as fine as yours as somehow it is difficult to judge the water based on the quality of flours used!
