They’ve officially brought back crab legs for sat & sun dinner! And dinner is wed-sun now. You’re correct that since covid the value is not as great - but I’m happy they didn’t close the buffet (like so many other properties) and now have crab leg nights every week.

Love the video’s in preparation of our August Vegas vacation. In the past we found some buffets had issues with food temperature. Would highly appreciate some comments on that in your video’s
Not bad all these buffets seem pretty much competitively priced I'd like to see Vegas bring back the 4.98 steak and lobster like they used to have at the Aladdin. Or the 99 cent steak and eggs or the 99 cent jumbo shrimp cocktail or the Heineken and Nathan hot dog at slots of fun.... The good old days!!! That being said you're making me hungry!

When I visited The Bellagii Buffet in 2017, the crab legs were cut in half, so you could just pull out the meat (no cracking necessary). I had never seen such a thing and thought it was excellent. It appears they no longer have them cut open. Anyone know why?
I always tell young cooks that if you wanna be a chef cook in a hotel in Vegas New York or any non stop busy tourist area for 3 - 5 years. The amount of food and cooking you do is insane
You shelled that crab leg like an expert...lol... Missing the theme buffets (aka the glorious days of promoting Italian food @ the Bellagio), but seems like those days are long gone... As it is, they look to be hitting the favorites for everybody... above average buffet... but missing some attention to detail... but understand as the place looked mobbed for m'day... The lamb and seabass look great...
They don’t serve beef Wellington, but they do serve prime rib. The only buffet to serve beef Wellington is Anthony’s Prime at the M Resort on Sunday mornings. Fair warning, you’ll need a reservation for that one. ua-cam.com/video/bgk6mMcD9lo/v-deo.html

So do you not consider Circus Circus to be on the Strip? They have a dinner buffet. It's not at the level of Bellagio, Wynn, or Bachanal, but it is a dinner buffet.

It struck me that this Buffet has quite a few individual ingredients at the salad bar and at the meat selection area that I could formulate my own special delicious concoctions. Everything looked fantastic. My problem with your videos is if I watch after I eat nothing seems to match what I just saw. If I watch after I eat my stomach wants to regurgitate the vastly inferior ingredients that I just ingested!
I feel like I have a love/hate relationship with you as I always am excited when a new video comes up, But always hungry afterwards Keep up the great work brotha!
You can always ask them to throw it on the grill for you. They will cook it to your preference. They just can’t reverse a well done piece which is why they cook it to medium rare.
I do enjoy the buffet videos however I dont think you need to spend 15 minutes describing every item on the buffet maybe just the main items of interest.
