Quick tip: Make sure you're properly hydrated, the body doesn't know the difference between hunger and thirst. So when you're feeling hungry you should first drink a glass of water before reaching for some food :)
Yeah yeah I have a small stomach for some reason but I try to at least drink 1 ltr a day because I used to be very dehydrated but I'm making progress. And thank u for the tip.😁

You can slap it really hard when you go fast and let the middle part of you finger land first then the tip after.
I remember hearing these loud slaps and often our wrists/arms would be read.
We also do rock paper scissors (가위바위보) with rock being a punch, paper as a slap and scissors as the finger slap.
