Great video John! More videos how to read graphs and how to use amp press would be appreciated.

saw your powder extension on other video, I 3D printed a couple, made a difference. I give it a shot of static guard and quick wipe. Still looking at press waiting to see if they ever go on sale

John what have you used to attach your Garmin xero to your Seb Neo? Some sort of adapter?

Hey John now that you have used alot of scopes where would you say the leupold mark 5hd compares? I'm looking for an optic for prs but also bench shooting so I want ffp and a decently high mag range.

An easy question. That keyboard that prevents you from using the phone? Where can you buy it?

Were your higher shots from the higher veolocity ammo? Perhaps doing some positive compensation would help?

Thoughts on testing fresh ammo vs "old" or cold welded ammo?
Maybe compare fresh ammo to ammo thats sat around for a month or two. Maybe a group that has a lube like neo lube #2 to see if it behaves differently.
Could maybe load a lubed group long and let it sit a month then final seat it on the amp to see how the seating force behaves.
I feel like in my own testing I've seen a difference in group size and velocity in fresh vs old ammo but I'm hoping someone could verify this or maybe show what methods they use to help ammo remain consistent over a period of time that the ammo sits. Or that my results are wrong and I need to reconsider my operations.

How do you like that powder trickler vs the auto trickler?

Hi John. Have you ever tested the dry graphite lube for bullet seating on the amp press? I use it religiously and see a bit smoother seating on the K&M and when I do the final seating depth days/weeks later (maybe a little less bullet weld). Just curious is you have seen any differences and to what extent. Thanks for sharing. All the best.

I don't lube my necks with anything and haven't tested any kind of lube in a long time. I dry tumble so there's carbon in my necks and that's been all I need. Perhaps in the future I will test lubes again but it's one extra step that I haven't found necessary.

@FClassJohn I couldn't imagine how easy it can be with a couple ounce trigger. I have 2lb trigger and have done it to many times. 🙃

Classic case of unruly booger hook and extremely light bang switch. That’ll happen on those big jobs 🤷🏼‍♂️😂

Nice vid. Do you feel you get measurably increased precision from the AMP press & discarding outlier rounds? Or do you feel it's more of something that just gives the shooter more confidence in the production process that translates to the range?

For me at this point it's more of knowing it's just helping pull oddities (whether they'd actually have an issue or not you never know). But it's also great for people who want to know how their brass prep is working but I'm pretty confident in mine so it doesnt' get used as much like that.

I thought the amp seater was set up for automatic? Why did you have to keep hitting the spacebar?

I explained later in the video, but I was returning the die too quickly, so it wasn’t resetting. I just had to slow down a second or two.

That funnel extension is a good idea, nothing worse than finding power kernels that splashed out of the funnel,

Hey John. I have to say in all the years I have been watching and learning from you, you need to slow down. Seems you are so interested in seeing how fast you can reload and handle bullets I see many errors. Did you rifle through case prep also because that has to be the ugliest AMP Press graph I have ever seen. Slow down please:)
