Have you checked the suspension link bearings? They probably need greasing or even renewing. They’re plain bushes, so can get sticky if run on muddy tracks and not lubricated. I’ve replaced mine with needle roller bearings - a much smoother ride.
Hi, can I ask you where did you buy the heat shield for the exhaust. I just bought mine Trail 250 and as the exhaust is going out of the frame, there is this protruding bend, and that is where I burned my trousers. I have asked at Fantic, but there is no OEM part available.
