    Ladies and gentlemen! Today we are in the IO club in Marbella! We are going to improve our padel game by doing functional exercises in the gym. This can boost your level a lot! For me this is one of the most crucial things for my level, but I think every level of padel player will improve a lot on the court if they start doing these exercises twice a week!

    @12:42 #6 Sven, as a Dutch person, shouldn't you be well aware of the most common skate exercise? :) Thanks for good video, I will do some as a warm up before my game tonight.

    Nice video, very interesting !
    However, we don't know how many series and rep for each exercices.
    Do you have this kind of additional informations in the video rushes ?

      It depends what you do. I would stick to minimum 4 and max 15 reps. 4 series

    Which exercise would be best to avoid pulling a muscle with overhead shots?

    Hey Sven, beetje off topic, maar hoe goed is een P100 speler? Ik lees wedstrijd speler maar dat kan alles zijn. Of ben jij bijvoorbeeld het niveau van p100 of hoger?

      P100 Is het laagst gekwalificeerde toernooi in Nederland en Belgie. P500 is het beste in Nederland en P1000 in belgie. Als er geen p500 of p250 toernooi in Nederland beschikbaar is zullen er best wat top 50 spelers meedoen:
