Ingredients:
2 boiled or baked beets
1/2 red onion
1/2 snake cucumber
1 cup of cooked couscous
a handful of dill and parsley
Sauce:
1/3 cup of olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of honey
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic
