    Glenda, you are an inspiration.!! I have made so many afghans from your videos. I am a volunteer at my local hospital & all the blankets I make are donated there. Many are variations from your designs and much appreciated as each patient hospitalized on Christmas Eve gets a blanket tied in a big bow & placed on their bed. The program was suspended during the Covid crises and I am hoping it will be reinstated this year as there are 30+ blankets at my house waiting for new homes.! BTW, I have been following you since you were featured in one of the crochet magazines I subscribed to. Thank you for so generously sharing

    I just love this ditch. Works up fast and easy and changing colors every tow is a great way to use up those small scraps of yarn.

    I know it has been five years since this pattern has been out but i wanted to watch this stitch because I am thinking about doing this into a christmas blanket this year. White, Red and green of course.

    This is a beautiful, simple stitch. I learned this stitch from you in March and have made two blankets, a pillow and three infinity scarves since. Thank you for clear instructions and the various colour samples.

    Nice pattern. Even though I have been crocheting for over 50 years I dont mind you showing into detail how to do everything. I wish this type of instructions had been available when I first started out.

      Same here! I started crocheting in 1970 and I have at least 6-7 books on crocheting. But I've really enjoyed learning through the UA-cam videos.

    If not for the confectionery colors that you chose, I may have skipped over this, yet again, thinking that it was just some ordinary granny stitch blanket - I'm glad I stopped in for a peak... thank you very much... the colors make me want to eat fuzzy Skittles - the kind you find in a purse long after your kid's grown, maybe even given you a grandbaby ...

    Absolutely love it !!! Again another beautiful job by you Glenda! I love learning from you and I would like to thank you for being such a wonderful and patient teacher . Even now I have been crocheting since I was a little girl I refer all my friends who are just starting to your UA-cam tutorials . This pattern is absolutely lovely and I worked it up using lion brand landscape boardwalk yarn and it comes out absolutely beautiful and I know how you love those bright colors hats off to you Glenda !!

      Oh, I love that Boardwalk color yarn but didn’t know what pattern would do it justice - and now I will have to go ahead and buy it based on your comment.! I’ve been crocheting for 50+ years and still improving my skills. Glenda is the best instructor - I turn to her channel & web site whenever I want to learn a new stitch.

      Heather it is very much like the lily of the valley this pattern uses a tr and a ch-1 where the lilly of the valley does not. depending on who is doing the video
