Sam Thomson Very high. The driver has to have medical knowledge, including but not limited to, generally known symptoms, factors and/or other things which could lead to a endangerment for the patient and/or the public. This includes everything from dangerous goods (e.a. Biological, nuclear and chemical materials) to prevention. And there is a whole list of other stuff.

0:36 if that's were the sirens are, I don't think that's a good location for them considering that they could get crushed if the bumper is up on a curb or hits something, But that's just my opinion, over all great compilation. :-)

Is de clip bij 13:00 van het Kinderbeestfeest? Zag een aantal oude GVB bussen bij de kazerne staan...
(Die inrit bij het VU: ik zal het wel nooit begrijpen dat men daar het fietspad nog nooit verlaagd heeft :P , verder blijven de kruisingen rondom het VU voor mij altijd maar een vervelend mierenest, het is daar eigenlijk altijd wel een zooitje)
Dat zou kunnen aangezien ik het niet meer precies weet en anders was het voor een voetbal evenement aangezien er ook bereden politie staat. Het vu blijft inderdaad maar een mierennest vooral met de spits…

Common thing to see here, so nothing out of the ordinary for me :P . (Several clips in the compilation are in my city, and one of the junctions in the city is also one I recognize very well, it's an awful junction for car users, cyclists and pedestrians a like, just because it's so big it's almost unnatural for my country, and it has an exit from a highway and an entry to a highway, the latter of which is exceptionally awful for having to slow down so much before entering it's stupid).

Yep, white car did not seem to release the gas just for a bit, or might have been more focused on the camera operator, you'd be amazed the stunts people pull when they see someone with a camera, and the stupidity increases the bigger the camera becomes, and then there suddenly is an ambulance on their tail.....)

The chevy's have been replaced for Mercedes Sprinters since this year
A couple years ago pretty much all ambulance's in the Netherlands were Chevy.
The Chevy ambulances where the first ambulances in the Netherlands And In Amsterdam Especially Places Like Rotterdam,Venlo,And Egmond Call In Chevys From Brandweer Ambulance Stations.

Wij hebben MMT voertuigen, dat staat voor Mobiel Medisch Team. Zij staan op Rotterdam, Amsterdam Volkel en Eelde. Deze voertuigen rukken uit als de traumaheli/lifeliner niet kan vliegen door het weer of de afstand te kort is.

In België heerst de eigenaardige situatie dat niet alle ambulances uitgerust zijn met mensen die daadwerkelijk medische handelingen mogen verrichten als het gaat om toedoening van medicatie of het bieden van hulp bij beknelling, daar wordt vaak dan een MUG voor opgeroepen als er op dat moment bij het ongeval in kwestie al een voor Nederlandse begrippen "gewone" ambulance aanwezig is.
Het Belgische ambulancesysteem is als het om de "gewone" (niet-MUG) voertuigen gaat vrij eigenaardig en vooral op vrijwilligers gebaseerd, en dat systeem kraakt al jaren. Er is een interessante documentaire over van het programma Koppen meen ik. Je ziet om die redenen trouwens ook vaak oudere ambulances die uit Nederland geïmporteerd zijn in België rijden.

I’ve lived in the Netherlands 1 year and the Dutch siren is one of the most annoying sirens I’ve ever heard.
I like these more than any other siren what countrys siren do you like?

The S.C.P Foundation I just like the american kind of siren. Wail and yelp. Some European countries use these sirens like Spain and Portugal and they sound amazing in my opinion.

Jup, unfortunately. The siren at 0:39 is the new one. But in one way or another a lot of ambulances have different sirens. (as you can see/hear in this video) But the ambulance siren I hear the most is 0:39. Dutch police and Firedept have one siren and are different from each other.

Man, I posted my response 2 years ago, but I never asked WHY they got rid of it...
@@chaoszombie9995 They wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any confusion amongst drivers because the ambulance, police and fire brigade all used different sirens (the ambulance the three-tone). That's why they decided to go with one universal siren to make it clearer for drivers.
