I enjoyed this place more than Taj Mahal. The building and surroundings are a little less impressive than Taj Mahal but not having to deal with crowds of people made it a more enjoyable experience.
Dale why r u exploring only Mughal architectures !!?🙄? If want to look at the Ancient Architecture of India , visit Mahabalipuram , Varanasib, Thanjavur , Tirupati , Varanasi , Mysuru , Khajuraho temple in MP etc etc 👍🏻👍🏻 .... Also visit states like Gujrat , Bengal , Maharashtra , Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh ( specially Shimla ) and North-east states fir having a look at different sides of India ❤️👍🏻

The complex encompasses the main tomb of the Emperor Humayun, which houses the graves of Empress Bega Begum, Hamida Begum, and also Dara Shikoh, great-great-grandson of Humayun and son of the later Emperor Shah Jahan, as well as numerous other subsequent Mughals, including Emperor Jahandar Shah, Farrukhsiyar, Rafi Ul-Darjat, Rafi Ud-Daulat, Muhammad Kam Bakhsh and Alamgir II

Babar(not barber) was the founder of Mughal empire...the family tree : Babar - Humayun - Akbar - Jahangir - sahajahan ( built Taj Mahal, red fort) - aurangazeb ...
These kings were from Uzbekistan and they brought in all the food, persian architecture, musical instruments etc to India. the last king of the dynasty was exiled by the british and his tomb is in myanmar.
Hey Dale. I’m switching over to the GoPro 9 from the Sony A7iii. I want to lighten my gear load. I’m wonder if in any of your past videos, you talk about your general GP settings? For example, are these GP colors, or are you shooting in flat? Do you mostly use auto white balance, native, or something like 5500k? We are spending all summer traveling through Indonesia, so I’m cruising through your playlist. You tubing was absolutely hilarious!
Amazing videos Dale! Love all your work... I like your style of vlogging and I am planning to start my own soon.... Costa Rica is my next Destination! Hope to see more videos soon!
i hate advertisements, but I watch them and sometimes even click on them just to help out.. keep it up. I've been to over 30 countries myself by the time I was 30. Love traveling!
The back story on all these taj mahal and tombs is that at some point of in history there were temples or homes of rich traders in the golden age of India. But because of continues invasions and stuff things kept breaking and no one repaired them. Which on arrival of Persian empire rulers who destroyed some part of north India and after them the next wave came of the islamic moguls empire who completely uprooted the civilization rebuilt these structures and turned them into places of Islamic religious importance. This was also the period when many locals were killed and that's why there isn't much information of who is who in these tombs.
Finally you visited 2/3 of UNESCO world heritage sites in Delhi. The main is Red Fort and it is the place India declared their independence Day. Most importantly at the edge of the fort their is an old arch bridge which leads to Bahadur Shah's gate. If you enter it you'll find Salimgarh fort.
