- Waking a sleeping rabbit with a banana! Pipkin rabbit is sleeping and dreaming when he is awoken by the sound of a peeling banana and the banana smell. When the rabbit is sleeping he often dreams of eating something, or doing one of his rabbit eating ASMR videos. When the rabbit eats in his dream, he sleeps soundly, and it takes more effort to get the rabbit to wake up. Here the rabbit is fast asleep, until the banana is opened!
Pipkin is a tiny pet bunny rabbit who loves waking up humans. So, every once in awhile, we wake him up. The rabbit has been woken with a rabbit air horn and a rabbit firecracker. Pipkin rabbit is a free roam rabbit / free range rabbit who loves making rabbit eating ASMR videos, rabbit sleeping videos, rabbit running videos, and rabbit petting videos.
Maybe you saw our waking a sleeping rabbit with an air horn video, or waking a sleeping rabbit with a firecracker video. This is obviously the same idea, just WAY more intense.
Again, don't worry that we woke up the sleeping rabbit. The rabbit takes about 20 naps a day, and the rabbit wakes up at the quietest opening of the refrigerator door. Pipkin is always ready to make a rabbit eating ASMR video - so even when he is asleep, he is vigilant for sounds someone might feed him, as the rabbit loves eating fresh fruits and vegetables! Who wouldn't want to be woken with the smell of their favorite food!?
When the rabbit is sleeping and dreaming, you can hear the rabbit smacking his lips and licking his lips. Wonder what he's dreaming about? Probably eating a delicious banana! Watching him and listening to the rabbit sleep can be very calming. The sounds the cute rabbit makes can be relaxing, too.
The rabbit sleeps out in the open. He is a free range rabbit, or free roam rabbit, and he has free range of the house. Maybe that's why the rabbit always likes to sleep out in the open, in the middle of the room or under the futon. Ha! Silly rabbit!
What is a rabbit's favorite food? Banana of course! Can rabbits eat banana? Yes, they totally can! Is banana safe for rabbits to eat? Yes, it is! Like all foods though, except the rabbit's beloved hay, moderation is key, and all rabbits are different, so read up on rabbit diets or please talk to your vet.
We labeled it "ASMR" in case some viewers would enjoy the eating sounds he makes - we certainly think his chewing could be considered relaxing. What is ASMR? ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response and is used to describe an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. In short, it' that feeling of getting "the chills." Maybe his squishy and crunchy eating will trigger you to feel it, who knows? Or maybe he will just put you right to sleep. I think Pipkin was dreaming about eating a banana (the way his mouth was moving in his sleep) so when he saw the banana at first he though he was still asleep! Something made him realize he wasn’t sleeping anymore because he jumped up and started hogging the banana down! SO CUTE! 🍌🐇🐽

Mar Sand, I have 2 lops & they are around the house 24/7 even when going to bed they are left out to do what they want as they are very trustworthy rabbits & they just jump in there cages for hay or water than they jump out again ! I want them to have a free life rather than living there life behind bars !!!

Yes rabbits are very easily litter box trained! I’ve had free roam rabbits in my house for over 12 years. Highly recommend
When I had a wabbit it was outside the majority of the times only at night I put him into a cage thingy I think most people do similarly
Our rabbits(2) have caused many problems being outside and inside so weve had to resort to keeping them in a hutch all day and letting them roam free in the garden for 20-30 minutes per day. It may not seem like much but that have a very big hutch.

I know, it's so friggin cute..I had a neighbour whose dog loved bananas, I mean he really loved them. My dog never touched them except when this dog was around, and she would beg for some banana too, but then take the smallest bite, like barely a taste and then lick her teeth for a minute or two..it was hilarious. Back home if I offered her banana, she wouldn't go near it. She would however, dig up the little carrots right outta the garden. Oh I miss that dog- she lived until age 14 and was my first baby girl....this adorable video made me remember that, so thanks for the nice memory, I'm both laughing and crying right now

I find it very interesting how this bunny actually sleeps with his eyes closed.....most rabbits sleep with their eyes open because they are a prey animal and they always have to be aware ...so this bunny must feel very secure and safe to sleep on his side and with his eyes shut.....he’s just adorable

I had a rabbit who used to sleep under my bed in a cat bed, he also used to sleep like that, eyes closed and on his side, they must know they are safe, my Bobbin lived till he was 10, and he was fully grown when we rescued him, he was a wonderful friendly little furry, used to follow me around like a dog, and sit by the back door when he wanted to go into the garden, and when he passed he just went into the garden and laid down and died, I was heartbroken, but he had a lovely life.❤

I’ve had two lop bunnies the first was a male who always seemed to sleep with “one eye open”
The second is a female who frequently knocks out in a deep slumber closing both eyes. Seems as though when they flop and sleep they’re more at ease and will close their eyes

I doubt it, because humans cannot wake up by smell. That’s why fires at night are so dangerous. Probably the same with rabbits. Not sure though.
