Central Government published new notification on 23/12/2022 which clearly deleted 500 meter restriction to A list category Defense establishment like Dehu road factory. No prior permission or noc required to do new construction adjacent to factory and old construction permissions will not affect with retrospective effect. Don't believe on rumours. 👍

Some cities in India like Pune are plagued with rampant military zones. Now since the cities grow, these ordnance, army, IAF and artillery areas should be vacated and central govt give them separate land out of urban areas
That’s absolutely true. Pune has grown a lot in just last 2 decades. Central government should have allocated alternate land parcels to military in stead of occupying critical land parcels within city limits. Especially Air-Force should have vacated Pune airport and should have given land in isolated pockets. That would have been real game changer for city.
People relocating to Pune is not an issue of Ministry of Defence. Country's security comes first and is important than anyone and anything else. People flocking to Pune for their better career opportunities doesn't mean that the land which is already allocated to our defence forces should be given up. Agar itna issue hai toh find alternative locality within Pune to stay. There are many such localities which are going through massive development. And fir bhi issues hai toh find a different city,
Any review about Unique Spaces Builder. I wonder why there isn't much of hoardings and marketing for their projects. Their project in Punawale from price and quality, amenities perspective looks best in Punawale ravet kiwale and tathawade ,but they haven't done any marketing. I can see their construction has started as well . Possesion is also in 2025. I really wonder why there is still many inventory left and why there is no marketing by their sales team . Though it's costly in city ,imo it's better to invest in pune city core area...army won't back down from it's areas imo and it's better to be safe than invest in areas near cantonment
