Spanish PM Suspends His Public Duties Amid Corruption Probe On Wife

He announced the decision publicly on social media. This comes after a Spanish court launched a corruption probe into his wife’s private dealings. She is being accused of influence peddling and corruption in business. The complaint against Sanchez’s wife was raised by the anti-graft campaign group Manos Limpias, also known as Clean Hands. They are accusing her of using her power to influence as the wife of the Prime Minister for her profits.
