    I found myself rewinding several times to remember the four levels of the OCD game, so I'm including them here..
    1-Name the reaction as OCD
    2-Delay the compulsion/response
    3-Ignore the compulsion/response
    4-Do the opposite
    To take it a bit further, you can also be proactive and create an exposure

    I love the image at the end of ERP being like the "gym," where you work out and build muscles so that when it is game time, you are even stronger to do the 4 levels.

    My daughter 5 years old has ocd. I think we can she knows level 1...how cn I teache her level 2, 3 nd 4? She is too little for that?
